Don’t expect the wait time to be accurate at all ever. If they tell you 20 min for carry out expect the ticket to be pulled when you show up. And not even started 30 min later

Generally love Marcos, typically they are amazing at customer service and great leadership. The way this particular location treats their customers, well it isn't the typical Marcos, definitely do not follow the same mission statement or integrity as most Marcos locations. The gentleman was rude , disrespectful, and did not car whatsoever to keep a customer. Pushing customers away will be the downfall of this franchise. I hope before then the leadership and staff can be coached on what separates most Marcos pizzas from the typical pizza place. I promise it isn't treating customers as if it is a privilege for them to give you their money while being treated so disrespectfully.

Warning to others who order online, call in to make sure they’re actually open first. Ordered online at 8pm and according to their website they are open until 12am. Arrived to all lights off and closed store, but the charge sure did go through!

I ordered a medium pizza, breadsticks, 2 different wings with ranch and 2 pizzolis. We places our order at 5:30 the pizza different arrive until after 7 (which would have been okay if it was at least hot). They only delivered the puzza and wings with no ranch. I called and the young man that answered was very kind an said he would get everything out to us and would see if they could remake the wings because it would be awhile before they could deliver the ranch with everything. The manager refused to remake the wings and we received everything else around 8. Also, not to be a real pai. But our breadsticks were not delivered with marinara sauce and niether of the pizzolis had any pizza sauce cups. The manager has no buisness managing a restaurant if he refuses to give your customers quality warm food. How disappointing it was to our guests. We will never order from this location again. The only good thing about this place is the sweet young man that just seemed very defeated and ashamed of his workplace. He seemed to really want to give the best customer service.
UPDATE: so I filled out one of those surveys the night the issue happened and never heard back. After writing this review and someone responding asking I do the survey/contact us I did it AGAIN and STILL no contact, no refund NOTHING. I still say fully avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money.
AVOID! Not only do they go an hour over delivery time even if your location is literally ten minutes away, they provide FREEZING food, gross inedible wings then when you speak to two people claiming to be managers who promise to refund your purchase THEY NEVER DO! They don’t care if the product and service they provide are awful, they’ll just keep your money. Do not come here or order from here.

Ordered pizza for delivery and said only 35 min wait. I live about 3 minutes away from this location and pizza was said to be out for delivery for over an hour. When called to ask where my order was they said it was out for delivery and that’s all. Pizza finally shows up an hour and half later than original delivery time cold and was unable to eat without warming up. The chicken wings ordered were pretty much frozen and disgusting. Will never eat here again and would tell people to go elsewhere.

I was there with my son and his family after church on Sunday. They have 5 little ones and the staff was great. I don't know what the atmosphere is in the evening but it's definitely nice for family time during brunch hours. The pizza was fresh and delicious.
Kid-friendliness: There are a few video games and a juke box.

Online ordering there is a scam. This place advertises pizzas ready in 15-20 min. It took them an hour. They are great at apologizing and making you wait in line inside. The pizza was assembled in a rush, ingredients missing and it wasn't cut. they are overwhelmed. Do them a favor, order somewhere else.

No hate to the employees I’ve worked at a pizza place and I know it’s awful.. but someone needs to find a way to run this place better. I made an online order, about an hour and a half later I called to see where it’s at (gave them an extra hour from the expected delivery time) and was told that they had to use DoorDash to deliver their orders since it was busy and the doordasher stole it and I’m not the only one having that issue. Which doesn’t entirely make sense to me typically places give you a DoorDash link to track your order when they use it to deliver and I’ve never experienced an order being stolen. They say they’ll remake the pizzas and deliver them, they come 30 minutes later and are cold. If they were freshly made because they were stolen they wouldn’t be cold? One of the pizzas was supposed to be half cheese half mushroom and was instead delivered as some combo pizza that wasn’t even cut. This wouldn’t normally be too big of an issue but the cheese was for a 9 year old who didn’t like toppings at all. Overall would not recommend. I’m sure the order got lost somewhere and forgotten about and they were told to say it was stolen to cover themselves, the person I spoke to on the phone was nice and apologetic so no issues with them. But lots of other people on the reviews are having the same issues as me, management needs to figure out a solution .
