Worst McDonald’s customer service experience I’ve had. I’m a former employee. Couldn’t find order, then gave me someone else’s order, then had me pull ahead, then 7 minutes later someone comes out and asks to see my order on my phone, then another 7 minutes to get food, which is only partially correct… took that and left, never to return to this location.

Fries come half filled. They also never include a receipt in the bag, making it that much more difficult to file a formal complaint.

This McDonalds sucks the staff is rude and incompetent. I got told my order wasn’t what I ordered when I showed my receipt & was well aware of what I ordered. The food sucks doesn’t matter what time you go it’s old cold or hard. Rather take my business else where it to an another establishment that knows how to train and teach their crew proper customer service. They want to make 19 an hour to suck at their jobs no thank you

Obviously they should stop hiring local high schoolers, I ordered a deluxe spicy McCrispy, but they made it like a hot n spicy, no lettuce, mayonnaise, and none of the spicy sauce which makes the sandwich actually appealing.

You've gotta be one sorry ass establishment for me to care enough to review. Self order machines are broken. There was no line but waited 10 mins. Everyone was just talking amongst themselves and passing off the responsibility of taking my order to the next person. Yall are at work, act like it.
This place needs entirely new staff IMO.

They shorted me a happy meal then proceeded to tell me they gave it to me and refused to give me what I was charged for. I will be reporting then to the BBB. The food we did receive was old, cold, and stale!
