I’m only giving it a five star so they will actually see it, I watched an employee drop someone’s food on the ground and put it back on the tray to give to the customer, MIND YOU, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT, ONCE IT DROPS ON THE FLOOR YOUR SUPPOSED TO REMAKE IT NOT STILL GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!

Kiosk ordering was confusing. Atmosphere seemed sterile. No napkins or straw dispensers, no ketchup or soda dispensers. Nice kid delivered food to table. Had qtr pounder meal. Also had big Mac meal which needed a lot more sauce on it. FF were good.

Placed my first mobile order and what a joke. I showed up 20 minutes after placing and paying g for the order and they still had me wait 12 minutes 🤣. The manger that gave me my food…total joke! No apology no words nothing just a dumb look in her face! Worst service and experience! Go somewhere else!

Lately this location has not been making lunch items available to order on the app until 11:30am. An hour after lunch items should be/are available. I don’t have this issue with any other McDonald’s location and this one is the closest to my work.

Went through drive thru with my kids around 9 waited 10 minutes food when I live 5 minutes away when I got home and started eating my daughters and I could barely eat the fries they tasted 30 mins to an hour old the burger patties also were cold

Only location nearby not doing the extra value meals. Lame. Also, none of the items advertised to have monopoly pieces had them. No straw. No napkins. Worst mcdonalds service ever.
This McDonald's location does not seem to be able to keep the food quality consistent especially the fries. One day you could get over cooked fries, soggy on another day and or not cooked enouch. If you are looking for a McDonald's fresh and crisp fries I would look elsewhere.

Mcds..it has turned to the absolute worst McDonald's experience..as if going to McDonald's wasn't bad enough..just avoid this location.

Went through the drive through with mobile order. A breakfast burrito and iced coffee. Figured it would be quick. I was one of the first people in line. As I came to the 2nd window he quickly dismissed me and told me to go to the next window, I politely asked for a receipt, everyone in there ignored me except one young man he grabbed my receipt for me and I went to the next window. 15 minutes later I had to pull around to the front and go inside. Told them I've been waiting for 15 minutes, she dismissed me and said her employee went looking, which makes no sense. I asked her if there was something they could do since I wasted 20 minutes at this point for two items, she said hold on, comes back and says she can't find the discounts but that her name was Veronica 🤣so here I am making this review. The iced coffee was good though I give them that. But I watched them serve 10 people immediately after making me pull up so I was just extremely confused On what was different in my order, or were they mad I asked for my receipt. If I didn't have my receipt i wouldn't have been able to go in and let them know I was still waiting. Crazy store.

Its was dirty inside. Tables not wiped down. Trash receptacle was full. Floors were sticky under the table. Food is that same as all other McDonald's. Obvious that employee's are uncaring and go through the motions. Not surprising, all McDonalds has seemed to trend this way.
