I ordered 3 large cones and received 3 guys. The worst thing is that they realized they did it wrong but they stayed silent... and as I like to argue, I just grabbed them and said out loud, I ordered large ones. If they are that poor, I don't want to imagine what the cones are like. regular

Truly , one of the grossest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen, the staff is laughable and it looks like you literally higher just about anybody. This place is gross and the management is awful. I wouldn’t feel safe eating here and I plan to contact the health department.

Honestly I had written off McDonald’s most locations are so awful you get cold gross food and flat soda with rude employees. This McDonalds is top tier I have never had a bad experience here food is always good way better than other locations. Never too busy and there is a blonde girl who works taking orders at the window (drive thru) I don’t know her name she slays super nice and respectful which for McDonald’s at other locations is unheard off. It’s also super close to my new apartment which is another plus. Also if you order cookies here they are always fresh. Which is another plus

Absolute worst experience i have ever had will not ever be going back to this location. First the manager was very rude when picking up the mic for the drive through saying “yea what can i do for you” and a very rude tone than was interrupted through my order to get lost in train of thought on what i wanted. Asked them to fix it at the window was supposed to be a shamrock mcflurry and she had attitude during it and took a oreo mcflurry and just dumped shamrock suryp in it mixed it a little on the top and tole me to have a good day with that. With that being said i will boycott this mcdonalds it is a disgrace to their name. Either shut them down or replace the whole team

The worst customer service! Went through the drive through 2 nights ago and ordered a classic cheeseburger pack that comes with 20 nuggets. When I got to the window, I asked for a couple extra sauces for my kids and the manager that handed out food told me there was some in the bag, I asked can I get a couple more and she stood her ground to want to charge me .25 cents each sauce extra with a smug attitude face. Really, your going to make that big of a deal to want to charge me for 2 extra sauces. I know for a fact, McDonald's managers take that change and place it right on the top of the register or walk off with it in there pocket. AND the kicker is, when I got home there were NO SAUCES even placed in the bag. So everyone eating was very unhappy! So next time a manager wants to stand there ground over 2 extra sauces, maybe they should re think there actions to give better customer service! Have had issues there before, Half of the supervisors that work there play like they don't know English and then when they realize you speak Spanish they want to tighten up. We live close and like to go there because of that convience, gotta choose another option I guess.Very upset customer.

husband placed an order online for me to pick up on my way home. they said they did not have the order. they refused to help, I went home; picked up husband. came back, they locked the doors, argued over the phone they would not give the food and keep claiming we have to use the app to get a refund.

Editing on 11-19-2023, the front-end manager running this morning is terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Even the employees are mad at her, you can see it. This is normally a great crew, and the ladies are awesome.
