Every time I come here I am waiting 20 plus minutes for food and even then it is terrible. It is unfortunately the closest to my home. It started being this bad within the last year or 2. Before that it was good. Really hope they can get this one back to proficient at least.

I ordered a large fry and a mcdbl xtra onion nd Mac sauce nd my burger was cold fries were cold i asked for fresh fries which I did not get i waited 15 min until they walked me out fresh fries. The burger was even more cold by then. Which is sad bit ive been coming here for over 5 years not by choice but because its convenient.. there is allot to be improved. Ive been working food service for 30 years and this is totally unacceptable! If they you hired me things would be way different! Thats if you could afford me that is! Instead of me just stopping by hoping you guys got ur stuff together how bout you message all ur customers when that happens... thank you hope it turns around!
