You cant expect much from fast food but this was ridiculous. We came tonight for a simple 5 dollar meal deal. Every single one of the fries were undercooked! Normally id let it slide but I will not allow my kiddo to eat this! I would be so ashamed to give this out!

Ordered 10 piece nuggets with a coke no ice. Coke had ice, fries cold and hard mix with some mehh fries. None fresh. I ordered BBQ sauce with my nuggets and they gave me Buffalo... the nuggets were not close to fresh. Seems like it's been sitting there for a few hours...

So lobby hours are until 11 as I'm ordering on the kiosk the manager starts telling me and 3 other customers they will no longer take lobby orders. They are closing it at 840 for the night. Can't get it to go or order any other way. When i ask why the response is is just we are closed. Doors open and fully staffed it seems, especially since a worker about 15 or 16 is cleaning the lobby with one hand while playing on his phone with the other. Now me and two other customers are outside wondering why 🤔 definitely don't recommend this location. Thanks for wasting our time and any money used to get here for bus or gas. Heading to a competitor to sit and enjoy a meal.
Parking: Just plan on drive through, lobby may close unexpectedly without explanation.
Kid-friendliness: Prolly not good, may close before they can enjoy or right as they enter the kids area.
From working at McDonald's as a young boy to working there in my teens to eating it as a adult I got to say this meal was by far the best I every had. The chicken nuggets where fresh and crispy, the French fries where clean fresh crispy. My hot in spicy was the best.. Great job team..
