Incompetent staff, charged me twice because they couldn’t figure out the drive thru card machine, & charged me for “extra”sauce, which is really weird to me because I didn’t even get sauce in my bag. -10/10. I will never visit this location again.

You guys would be 5 stars if we didn't get stale, cold, hard fries LITERALLY every time we order. Without fail, the worst fries I've ever had. Fix your fries, is it hard to throw them away and cook them with a timer?

Had a great experience at this McDonalds the app was failing made me wait 15 minutes claiming that I already claimed. Mc Donalds worker knew better cuz I gave him the play by play. After having Taco Bell app fail very badly. The McDonalds employee was very professional and helpful and mitigated the app problem with the knowlege that it gave me a code were I could order from the counter despite the app claiming I had already done the special. Luck this seasoned knowlegeable(might need a coffee run perhaps then I could spell) mc donalds professional was on duty. The one thing I don't like about this mc donalds is zero charging stations. Perhaps people were abusing?? Cuz the new mc donalds on 144 is my new favorite as they have tons of charging stations. But they don't have seasoned staff there would not have gotten the free big mack with a apple pie purchase great customer experience there. Also a plus this location has never felt the need to pass lock the bathrooms.

This location is my preferred McDonalds to go to as it is close to home but above all else, the customer service is always very friendly the food is always hot and fresh and the drive through orders are always perfect. However, today, 7/22/24 I stopped by the drive through at 1:30pm to purchase lunch for my family. Like usual, everything was great and after placing my order I was asked "would like anything else"? I said yes, I would like 3 of the Kit Kat Banana Split Mcflurry's only to be told yet again "I'm sorry the machine is being cleaned right now and McFlurry's are not available. Seriously? Why would you be cleaning the machine at 1:30pm in the afternoon on a week day or anytime during the lunch rush hour? Ridiculous but just more of the same. Oh, and by the way, I received the same excuses when I ordered Grandma's McFlurry as well. My previous visit 2 weeks ago I was told the machine was broken and a month ago was told the machine was broken or actually being cleaned. Obviously the recent article posted all over the internet last week was true about McDonalds restaurants ALWAYS making excuses that their machine is broken or its being cleaned in this case at 1:30pm in the afternoon all because they don't like making the McFlurry deserts no matter what the flavor is that the company is promoting all over the world. I can only imagine the revenue this and many other locations are losing because they refuse to serve this desert. Refusing to prepare and serve this desert has to be costing the company millions and certainly not paying for the world wide advertising the company has spent millions on to promote the new Kit Kat Banana Split McFlurry.
