Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Nice they have dairy free options but it's just a dirty atmosphere. I'm grossed out every time I come. The machines are often broken or out of frozen yogurt. Our kids love it and we want the place to succeed. They just need to clean better.

Incredibly good frozen yogurt

Have been to Menchie's prior, this visit was disappointing. The machines were in poor operating condition or empty, both the chocolate and the rainbow candy flavors have a more chemical taste than I'm used to.

Reading other reviews about the untidy conditions... that wasn't a problem during our visit.

Whoever owns this location needs a visit from the franchise manager. Dirty, unattended and nearly out of all flavors.

The one star is for the sweet boy working today. I feel bad for the employees that have to smell that foul Oder all day. My froyo was chunky and I think this place needs a nice inspection. The place was so dirty and smelt absolutely awful, only thing that’s missing is mice running around.

Smelt so bad and tasted rotten and frozen yogurt was slimy and stringy but the curly hair worker boy was so sweet

Bathroom was a disaster area, at least 5/6 flavors out even the basic flavors. I did not even get to order anything. Only one person working and unable to fill any cream.

This place was absolutely filthy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with the overwhelming smell of sewer. The tables were covered in yogurt and dirty napkins. All the while the employee laughed and giggled behind the register with two visiting friends who were using profanity and engaging in other inappropriate conversations in front of the customers. We’ll never be back.

How is this place passing inspections? Every surface is filthy. There's still a sign up from fall. Splatter all over the walls, plugs falling out of the outlets, hand written warning signs over every other thing.

Didn’t have a lot of ice cream flavor like the Havana location and I didn’t like that

Menchie's is our favorite frozen yogurt place. So many toppings! The yogurt selection is outstanding!

Sign on the door says Closed early for Halloween but it’s the day before Halloween??? Makes no sense. Bummed I was looking forward to a sweet treat!

Went in on a date with my gf there for the pineapple and vanilla one. Definitely expired tasted horrible. Dude was laughing the whole time when I asked for a refund, cocky a hole, his supposed manager came in and tasted each one they said we could get a refund, with our money back. The manager then left and the clerk said he can't do that so either get another one or he doesn't know. why would I get another one? that's the dumbest crap I've heard. Everything was gross and unmaintained. 0/10 experience.

This place is so dirty and the employees don’t care at all. Went tonight and most tables were dirty with trash on them, the floor had spills everywhere under tables. Half the yogurts were out or watery. Out of several toppings. Kid working there stood and looked at the mess then disappeared into the back for 10 minutes. In that time, a guy came in and filled a cup (like super full) and just left without paying. This isn’t new, it’s always been this way. Clearly the owner/manager doesn’t care.
