Sign on the door says Closed early for Halloween but it’s the day before Halloween??? Makes no sense. Bummed I was looking forward to a sweet treat!

Went in on a date with my gf there for the pineapple and vanilla one. Definitely expired tasted horrible. Dude was laughing the whole time when I asked for a refund, cocky a hole, his supposed manager came in and tasted each one they said we could get a refund, with our money back. The manager then left and the clerk said he can't do that so either get another one or he doesn't know. why would I get another one? that's the dumbest crap I've heard. Everything was gross and unmaintained. 0/10 experience.

This place is so dirty and the employees don’t care at all. Went tonight and most tables were dirty with trash on them, the floor had spills everywhere under tables. Half the yogurts were out or watery. Out of several toppings. Kid working there stood and looked at the mess then disappeared into the back for 10 minutes. In that time, a guy came in and filled a cup (like super full) and just left without paying. This isn’t new, it’s always been this way. Clearly the owner/manager doesn’t care.

I walked in with my three kids and was greeted with a very strong sewage smell! We walked out do to not being able to hold our breath! 🤮🤢

My boyfriend and I came in yesterday and my gosh was it filthy. How does this place pass inspections?😭 I work at a Boba shop in down town and we’re constantly cleaning so the store looks nice for our customers. Anyways, my boyfriend and I were disappointed because the vanilla yogurt didn’t even work and some Machines had watery yogurt. The counters, the floors, the windows were disgusting. You guys should really close one day and deep clean the place. The managers don’t even care and they will not respond to any of these reviews. OH! And the worker was in the bathroom the whole 10 min we were there. We could’ve walked out with the yogurt because she wasn’t paying attention. This place needs new management and new employees. Personally where I work our managers don’t let that slide. I’m honestly surprised a roach didn’t run by us LMAO😭

Everyone has said it but this place is so dirty and poorly managed that we started to get FroYo that we literally threw our cups in the trash and walked out. The machines were gross, and some handles didn’t work. One oozed out sticky liquid instead of anything consisting of Froyo texture. I was SO put off -and NOT about to spend my hard earned money here- that I told my son NOPE and we walked out. There’s a better, smaller business owned one off 120th and Colorado. Go there!

Borderline acceptable… Honest question? What are we topping here for? It’s all self serve. Everything is sticky and there is trash everywhere. Employees don’t really engage but are sure eager to ask for tips. Customers should really be sending in invoices for the effort we put in. Thoughts?

So sad seeing all of these reviews about dirty, filthy, and nothing has been done ! Took forever to get some one to come to register. Sticky, empty bins. Won't be back, surprised your still open !

It's filthy. The floors are sticky gross. Doesn't look like they have mopped the floors and more than year. Nothing was stocked. Restroom gross. 2 employee on their phone. They Need Undercover Boss to save this place. Employees butt cheeks hanging out. So Sad since this one of my favorite place.

FILTHY!! We've come here a lot over the years and every time it gets worse. This last weekend we walked in and it smelled like rotting fish, half of the machines were out or not working, the many of the toppings were missing, the chocolate covered strawberries where melting and it was overall filthy. We wont return. 100% wouldn't pass a health inspection - so disgusting. And then being asked to tip!
