Came 15 minutes before closing. We were planning on getting ice cream to go, but the door was locked. The woman behind the counter stared us us through the window but didn’t come to the door or anything. If you close at 9, then close at 9. Not 8:45.

This place is very dirty windows, bathroom, trash cans. Fruit looks old and there was a mess on the toppings area. The kids just hang out on the back. And they still ask for a tip???? For what? For coming out charge for my frozen yogurt?

There has been multiple times that I have shown up within 25 min of closing time, and I can see all the teenagers cleaning up early with the doors locked. I get closing up 5 min early occasionally but if your times say you close at 9:00pm you should honor that. Needless to say I’ll never be giving them my business again.

The vanilla ice cream was expired and didn't taste good it made me throw up

It's always kind of dirty. The floor is so sticky your shoes stick to it as you walk. If my son didn't love it I wouldn't go here.

Dark like a dungeon. Visited 3/31 in afternoon, floor was sticky and dirty, girl working register hid in the back the entire time. Zero customer service skills. Accidentally left her a tip due to credit card machine giving limited options. But honestly will never come back to this location. Would much rather go to Northfield for way better service. Urine or unspecified yellow liquid all over floor in restroom, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Just gross location. Yogurt was fine!

First time here today. Love. 3 large bowls with a bunch of toppings for 23 bucks. Love all the flavors. Love that they actually have the Tarte flavor! All tasted good. Everything was stocked and clean. Nice gal at checkout. I'd love to see more fresh fruit options for the tarte froyo! Our new froyo place!

We come here all the time. Good flavors, good toppings, fresh fruit for topping, all good stuff. Decent price as well, we usually get away under $15 for four people.

Last time I came in they were out of almost everything. Showed up at 8:50 tonight but doors were locked up.

Shady. Today 2/6/24 was national yogurt day so it was suppose to be buy one get one free. I wasn’t aware until after I had purchased 4 frozen yogurts. I saw the sign soon after and then proceeded to watch the cashier give at least 5 customers the buy one get one deal. If you’re going to honor the deal it should be for everyone. Needless to say we won’t be back. Do better.

My wife and I went in yesterday afternoon and found many of the yogurt selections not working. I understand that with that many selections it may happen that one favorite may not be available due to the machine cycling, but selection after selection would either not come out at all or was runny. Not a great experience. We have been to this location many times and this is the first time this has happened, so hoping it was just a bad day.
