I think I sampled every flavor! Love that they let you! I'm never disappointed here because how could you be when you build your own perfect bowl of froyo just the way you want it.

Couple of outdoor tables. One game outside to enjoy. Couple of inside tables. Lots of topping choices. The place was clean but also it was empty when I went. One cashier. She was friendly and answered my questions about how often the flavors get changed out. She said about every week they change the featured flavor. The froyo is good and creamy. Seems to melt pretty fast though. So if you add too many toppings you'll have a puddle to drink in the bottom of your cup. I always get the cheesecake peices and fresh strawberry toppings when I go here. Always good and tasty. I spent $11+ dollars today just on my own cup. It was pretty full but I expected to pay between $8-$9.

Stopped in a few nights ago and was very happy with my experience. Lily was extremely sweet and helpful with the entire experience, the costumer service was excellent. The froyo was delicious and had a great range of flavors. Overall a great experience and I will be coming again soon!

Olivia greeted me with a smile and created conversation during check out. She didn't have a manager available for me to comment on her customer service so I let her know I would do a review. Thank you Olivia for being sunshine in my day after a long Dr appt prior to visiting for fro-yo! You are making a difference in the world!

Didn’t even make it into the store. Wasn’t open during hours advertised. Pressure washing taking place right in the door way. Real bummer of an attempt to get some froyo in the middle of winter.

I love this place! The workers are extremely helpful and kind. I absolutely loveee the froyo. I would have given this place a 5 but I can’t in good conscience. The workers are left by themselves most of the time!! How is that okay? especially because many of the employees seem to be in their teens. I asked a young man to please refill the chocolate syrup and there was a line of people having to wait because he was working alone! Seems like a poor management decision.

Not only do they offer sample cups (a lifesaver when dealing with picky kids), but their toppings are out of this world. And have you tried their marshmallow sauce? It's a total game changer! Plus, the place is always spotless and the team is incredibly polite. Trust us, this is the spot you'll want to come back to time and time again.

I wish I could give 5 stars but there weren't very many flavors to choose from. They did have a lot of toppings, and everything was fully stocked. The lady working today was really sweet. We were greeted immediately, and she was very helpful. I was hesitant after reading reviews about items in stock and cleanliness. But the facility was clean, and had a lot of toppings. We definitely will come back, and I might have to try one of the cakes; they look sooo cute!

I stopped here on 26 Aug 2023 and thought it was ok. I have a Menchie's close to my house in Las Vegas and I'll say that this store is somewhat different than what I'm used to; here's why:First, I was disappointed that the milk chocolate flavor wasn't available. I don't know how long it hasn't been operational, but I thought vanilla and chocolate would always be available to customers due to its popularity. I don't think I've ever experienced either of those flavors out of commission.Next, the toppings/topping area were less than adequate. The area was dirty/messy which has the appearance of being unsanitary. I also noticed that the scooper for the almonds were missing. I know most people wouldn't think of this as a big deal, but since there are people out there with severe allergies to different variations of nuts/legumes, I can see someone grabbing a scooper from another topping and using it for the almonds, only to put it back and contaminate another topping. Finally, the amount of toppings were disconcerting - whereas I'm used to having a lot of fruits and multiple flavors of bubble balls available, this location didn't have as many choices.On a good note, the employee working the night I stopped by was very friendly. I would go on to assume that all the employees here are the same as well since the franchise seems to hire employees that are friendly and attentive. I probably won't visit again because (1) I'm not from this area; and (2) I know there's got to be better FroYo places in this city and/or dessert places in general. Overall, a decent experience during this visit; nothing too extravagant to complain about, nor is there anything significant to highlight.

We went here twice in the past week and both times the hot fudge was out and the Nutella. We asked the staff if there was some more in the back , both times the gals said “ it has to be ordered and checked in “ ??????? and walked away … toppings were barely full and appeared old and dried out .. marshmallow topping pump was broken. Once again asked for help.. staff just stared and said “ it’s broken” —-bummer this used to be a clean and fun dessert place. We were there at noon both times so it should have been fresh, clean and supplied for the day. Customer service is seriously lacking. Someone ( like the owner ) needs to know what’s going on.
