Food was good for what it is. Staff was helpful and nice. Plenty busy with options to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.

Thomas and JP are the definition of excellent customer service! Every time I visit this MOD Pizza location, Thomas is working hard ( I feel like he lives at that store) with a smile on his face and the best attitude. You can immediately tell he takes pride in his job from the way he keeps the store spotless to how fresh the food always is. He not only makes customers feel welcome but also keeps the team running smoothly and on point.JP
Is very polite and super kind as well. Always great service.

This has become my favorite MOD location because of him. I actually go out of my way to come here knowing I’ll get consistently great service and food. I really hope MOD Pizza is recognizes them for the amazing work they do. They truly deserves it!

Gabby is amazing at her job and is a hardworking employee. All employees do a great job with their service. The pizza and mega cookies are delicious.

I love mod pizza but tonight definitely left a bad taste in my mouth not because the food was bad but the service was horrible. When I walked in to pick up my online order I was completely ignored, the girls behind the counter were more interested in gossiping and talking than asking if I needed help. The guy working didn’t ask why I was standing at the on line order pick up. But when someone walked in after me by almost 10 minutes they helped him immediately. Finally I was able to ask the girl if my pizza was ready but I was met with attitude and eye roll, by the time I got my pizza it was ice cold and I had to put it in the oven to warm it and melt the cheese again. Guess I won’t go back to this location.

Reasonable price and delicious pizza. All ingredients on point. Sauce was spectacular and so was the dough. Nice sized personal salads. Nice place , will be back. Service was ok. Blackberry lemonade was bomb 💣

Doors closed at 8:45pm Thursday May 8. Always something disappointing at this establishment.

After loving this place for so long. I have been going to a different location for the last year or so due to this locations bad customer service and poor food quality. Today my family and I were at the theater and this is so close we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. As soon as they started making our pizzas we saw the toppings are about half what they put on at any location near by. Starting with the cheese and that stayed consistent with the veggies and meat. Having to ask multiple times for more of each because the tiny bit that was sprinkled on was ridiculous.
We then waited a long time for our pizzas. The dining room was near empty. This location puts their online orders in front of their dine in orders. When the pizzas finally came out they were not cooked long enough and the crust was soft and soggy in the middle.
Once I sat down I realized they had over charged me. One of our meals was a small salad and even with the ticket they give you to give to the cashier I was still charged for the Mod size salad. There were no straws available to customers either.
At one time I gave this MOD a 5 star raving review. But it has gone downhill and it is sad. Other locations are still wonderful and if you want mod pizza it is worth driving to a different location.

I asked them to cook my pizza a little longer to get a little crust on it. They gave me this wet ass pizza. The guy act like he didn’t wanna be at work making my pizza in the first place I’m never coming back to this location.

Title: Decent Pizza, but a Confusing Experience

I recently visited MOD Pizza, excited to try their offerings, but the experience left a bit to be desired. While the pizza itself was decent, the ordering process was confusing, and the staff didn’t do much to help. They seemed impatient, assuming we already knew how everything worked. Feeling rushed, we panicked and just picked something from the menu, only to realize later that we could have customized our pizza—something we noticed other customers doing. It would have been nice to have that explained upfront.

The atmosphere also wasn’t the most inviting. The seating arrangement made conversations a bit awkward, as you often felt too close to neighboring tables. It didn’t quite have the welcoming or comfortable vibe you’d hope for when dining out.

Overall, the food was fine, and the concept is great, but a little more guidance from the staff and a more comfortable seating setup would have made for a much better experience. If I return, I’ll at least know to take my time and build my own pizza.

What kind of “lunch” place closes middle of the day on a Sunday for a store meeting. Never coming back.
