By reservation, they mean you may wait an hour while other people get seated cause they cannot estimate thier cycle times accurately.

Honestly the past couple times I have came here, the experience isn’t great and hasn’t been the same. Today our chef was so boring, did no interactive things and obviously rushed through our meal. Then when we were EATING after the chef finished cooking, the host sat people at our table to start there meal! How rude, we wernt even finished eating and they were already seating a new group of people at our table. The Mt.Fuji in Arvada is WAY better.

The food here is delicious and not super expensive. The staff was very respectful and fast. The chef was funny and well trained very fun and entertaining . I walked away full and content I highly recommend this location

Horrible service, we had made a reservation for 8 people and they were unable to accommodate us. Went another time we couldn’t even get water there soda machine was down. The host are horrible and rude.

Food isn't the greatest for the price. Service is horrible. The host lady was all over and never got anything right and rude. Tried for the second time thinking maybe we came the wrong day and time but nope still the same. Arvada location way better overall!

Let me start by saying that the chef was great!
The gentleman that was our waiter on the other hand was not. For a somewhat hefty price tag expect to be met with an abrasive, rushed attitude. The food was okay but because the waiter blew through taking our order, it was missing things. When I tried to voice to him how I wanted it, he dismissed me. He then caused a whole scene by banging on the window and yelling at us after we walked outside, waiting for my mother in law to pay (he actually even had the card but acted like we were trying to run). We have 2 little girls that are total wiggle worms so we went out front so they could have space. It was rude, embarrassing and totally unnecessary. Outside of the terrible service here, the place was also really FILTHY. Dust hanging off of everything. The health department would have a field day here. I can't imagine what is going on behind the scenes, in the kitchen, if this is what they're okay with guests seeing. 🤢🤢

TLDR- THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES TO CELEBRATE AND EAT HIBACHI THAT ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL TREAT YOU AS SUCH.

I was excited that at Mt Fuji, we get noodles as well as rice! They were unbelievably delicious!! And they give you little cups of fresh Ginger and yum yum sauce to go home with your food! Other places won't even acknowledge you, or bring cups to you to put your used sauce in. We LOVED IT!! Nice change for us. We are definitely going back!!!

Had a great time! We had a party of 12 that I made a reservation for only a week prior. We only had to wait for the table about 10 mins before we were sat. Other than our server being hard to understand (language barrier) the service was great! We had the chicken and steak hibachi with fried rice and 10 out of 12 had the same as well. Food came out fast, our chef was fun to watch, the portions were excellent and I never had to ask for a refill. Only thing I wish that would have been better is that it was uncomfortablely hot in there. The ventilation isn't great. But people complaining about the wait?? If you made a reservation you wouldn't have that problem. We will definitely be back again!

Went here with my wife, mother and children. I’ve been to this place several times over the past couple of years and it has gone down hill tremendously. You walk in and notice the ceiling lamps and I don’t think anyone has ever heard of dusting in this establishment. The most atrocious thing was the “gentleman” serving us and I use the word gentleman loosely. He was a short stalky Asian man with glasses. He was quick rude and not hospitable at all. Which is what you should expect out of a $100 check. As we were leaving I left to walk my wife and children to the car as my mother was paying with her card that she had already gave to him. I walked out and he literally BANGED on the glass window saying I haven’t signed. Causing a whole scene and embarrassing my wife my mother and children accusing us walking out. Completely profiling. The worst most rudest thing. Everyone in the restaurant was looking.
