The music was so loud they got my order wrong. I ordered pasta Fresca with crusted chicken and I got pesto pasta with mushrooms and crusted chicken.. the chicken was really good salty.

Latino kid working the register needs a check (curly black hair w/ hat). No steak was added to my meal after asking for it. Still left a tip because it’s their real paycheck. They didn’t deserve it though.

Usually don’t have any issues. But went in and got the Mac and cheese and chicken Alfredo. The Mac and cheese was terrible.
Joey reached out to me and promised a couple coupons to make up for bad food. I have yet to receive those…2 months later! have tried to follow up with Joey a few times but he has not replied since saying he would mail the coupons out. Poor customer service! Terrible from a GM to promise something and not follow through.
This is the best Noodles & Company from sea to shining sea. For real, Chris made me the best pasta fresca I've ever had. Food is really tough for me and I literally feel hungry twice a week so please listen when I say these people are going way beyond the quality they need in order to provide good food. If Noodles corporate is listening, PROMOTE CHRIS. And don't listen to that person complaining about plastic silverware. (Welcome to 2025, Karen)

I would be willing to bet the corporate officers of this company never sample the food. I ordered the Chicken Parm. Chicken tasted SO salty, marinara sauce was tasteless. Such a waste of $11. At least when I go to Panera, the ingredients are fresh and tasty.
