Nothing Bundt Cakes

Dropped in to get some cakes, and I was able to get a card for the occasion, and a little gift and I didn't have to go to other stores. These cakes are absolutely delicious. Fantastic customer service the person behind the counter was very helpful. I got everything I needed. Definitely be back again.

Someone at my office ordered Nothing Bundt Bundtinis earlier this week, and they were sooooooo good!!! So good that y team needed more on this long Friday afternoon. We placed an order through GrubHub, and it was cancelled; turns out someone stole the order. Nothing Bundt's staff was so fantastic! Especially Drew and Nicole Z! They called GrubHub for me, chased down what happened, and sent another order out to me immediately at their own expense, even though it wasn't even remotely their fault. Thank you NothingBundt! We will be back! I would have attached a picture, but we ate them all within 20 minutes.

Kristi was amazing when we came in for some cupcakes (smores, pineapple up side down) for my husband birthday! She has a smile that lit up the place, and she even gave my husband a hug! So amazing!

I stopped in with my toddlers to get a couple of Bundt cakes for Valentine's Day. The staff and management were super friendly and helpful to me and my boys and let me take a glance at the ingredients to make sure their mom could enjoy the GF recipes. A very positive shopping experience so close to V Day and the cakes are awesome! Been eating these for a while now and we'll definitely be back!

Staff were very nice, cakes are delicious. Wanted to note there was a customer that was not being nice to the staff there and said they would leave a bad review. I am leaving a bad review for crappy customer that was being rude.

Amazing customer service! The delivery driver accidently dropped the order for an event off at the back of our building (we didn’t find the melted cakes until hours later) and the manager was so quick to fix the situation. She not only sent new cakes out, but she also added a bonus cake. I would highly recommend.

The cakes at Nothing Bundt Cakes are undeniably delicious, but the pricing feels a bit steep for what you get. What truly bothers me, though, is the lack of basic utensils. It’s frustrating that a bakery charging premium prices doesn’t provide forks or some sort of utensil as standard. It feels like an oversight in customer service and convenience, especially when you’re paying for a higher-end treat. Good cake, but poor business practice.

I think Nothing Bundt Cakes is one of the best ways to have cake! I so appreciate the ability to have different types of cake for my employee appreciation events. Especially the Gluten Free options!

Never again will I order from this location. I spent $$$ only to get hassled about a "free" birthday cake, and then changed for it!
Each person we discussed this with had different answers.
Training would be a plus at this location.

My friend and I came in to each get a bundtini as a sweet treat. My two complaints are that my red velvet cake literally had 1 chocolate chip in it and they did not have eating utensils.

I had a job interview here a few weeks ago and I am appaled at how they handled it. To start, the owner of the store was late due to traffic, that part I can overlook. However, I can't overlook how I was asked to wash dishes for 20 minutes as a part of the interview. It was explained to me over email that I was supposed to dress in work clothes for the interview since I would be performing some work tasks during the interview. It was strange to request, but whatever. Washing dishes in the back without even having a full conversation with the head baker should not be part of the interviewing process. I applied to be the head bakers assistant not a dishwasher. I wasn't offered any monetary compensation for that labor or even a job offer for any position. Giving someone a free bundt cake that isn't even that good shouldn't EVER count as compensation. I should have walked out since no one in that kitchen seemed happy or content with their jobs. I really don't suggest applying to work here.
