Shorted the number of wings very small as well.. Two small brown celery sticks and two small carrot sticks. Asked for sauce on side and dumped it over chicken.Ridiculously high prices and skimpy food. Get some quality control.

Late night, bartender was busy but still took good care of us. Pizza was good, and didnt take long to get.

I always like a chain that's consistent. Been to many Old Chicago's and always been consistent.

Yet I have been here 3x and while the service is always great the food just frankly sucks. Burger is dry and overcooked' pizza lacks any real flavors and the wrap was as dry as the AZ desert.

On the bright side...the beer is cold, great selection, and prices are great. Service is always attentive and helpful and that's what keeps bringing me back...

Definitely a place to stop for a cocktail or beer. But skip the food...sorry not sorry

Great time @ OC

It’s been a while since I’ve visited an Old Chicago. Many locations have closed. It may be time for this one to consider it.

I decided to come in for pizza because Old Chicago had been advertising on Facebook and it looked appealing. It turned out to be very underwhelming.

They were out of the beer I ordered. No big deal, carry on. The pizza came out less than hot, so it cooled off quickly. Not sure if that was a kitchen blunder or the waiter, but it wasn’t pleasant to eat. Also, the dough was very undercooked and lacked adequate pizza sauce. I had to request extra sauce to dip the pizza in. The sauce that was brought out was cold.

Service was slow and very impersonal. They were moderately busy, but not swamped. I’m guessing it’s a staffing issue.

Lastly, the place is really quite dingy. They need to close for a day and bring in the entire staff to perform a deep cleaning. The floors, the walls, even the tables. Every surface seemed to have visible residue.

Unfortunately, for this location, I won’t be returning.

We had pizza, which was great! The salad was tasty too. The service was great too.

Terrible customer service. We were asked to sit and wait for a table because the waitress was overwhelmed because she had 5 tables to server!. So we sat for 20 minutes to then be seated and told that I couldn’t order a pizza half cheese and half pepperoni because there isnt a button for her to push on her ordering screen! Which I know isn’t true because Iv ordered pizzas that way before!.. racism still exists and the staff here is very racist.

Fun place to go with your friends. Funny staff, great food, can't ask for much more!
