They have the best food and service. I love the atmosphere... over all great experience with hot food every time!

Good food. Great service.
However,
Appetizer pot stickers were not tender fried.we received barely a Tablespoon of dip sauce
Lunch curry was good.
However, no soup and no dip sauce for the delicious Vietnamese pork roll.
I will be back. !

We’ve been here a few times and it’s always consistently good. Service is always with a smile. Tonight our server was the best we’ve had. I wish I would have gotten his name but he was the taller guy. He was so nice and funny and packaged our left overs. Love this pho!

3 of us arrived at 550pm. Server came at 605. Never saw our server again. Food runner brought first entree at 620. 2nd at 630. 3rd at 645. All our drinks sat empty. Been here before. Food is amazing. Small place to have such bad service though.

Only had bun bo hue here. Very oily, it’s being 40 minutes now but I still feel so oily. Not very good meat either. Also have a stomachache. No veggies or leaves like regular bun bo hue or pho would have.

One Vietnamese is the best you can get in Colorado! The food is consistently incredible and the staff is the BEST! I’ve eaten here probably 20 times and they just never miss. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very disappointed.(Stay away if you don’t want to get sick and are a high risk population!)
I have gone to this restaurant on multiple occasions and have never experienced any problems besides maybe a long wait time to be served. Last night on 10/25/24 I went in to the restaurant around 9 pm and ended up in the ER the next day missing work because of severe food poisoning and massive dehydration from their sesame shrimp and their garlic calamari dish. They claim they have proper food handling hygiene but there was nothing else I ate that evening besides their food. Within 3-6 hours I woke up from bed very sick. I am 37 weeks pregnant and about to give birth in two weeks and all they offered to fix the issue was a cup of broth. I did ask for the owner and asked for a refund because they put me and my baby at risk with further health issues as I am already very high risk and this could have put me into pre-term labor. Yet even after I explained this all to them they still refused a refund. So now I am reporting their Resturant to the Colorado health and food dept. Not good customer service at all. I would stay away unless you want to throw up and have diarrhea all night for hours almost passing out from the pain.

We both got pho. He had brisket, steak, and meatball and I had chicken. My order is super basic so the broth has to be on point. And it was! We have tried all the pho places in the area and this is our new fave.
