This place is begging for bad reviews. First experience they said 5 minute wait and made me pull up by the front door. 30 minutes later I decided to go in and see where my food is at. They attempted to give me free stuff and all I wanted was my food. 10 minutes later after waiting inside I got my food. Then a while later I decided to give them another chance thought maybe they weren’t having a good day, or short staffed or something. As soon as I pulled up to their drive through the lady decided to tell me what they have available because they’re out of so many menu items. Everything I asked for was “we don’t have that” she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not end up ordering I just left. I will be utilizing other Panda Express locations for my orders going forward. I’d rather drive 15 minutes to the location on 104th where staff is professional and food is always fresh regardless of what hour it is.

We ordered online at 7:00, order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. Showed up, waited almost an hour and then finally told they were out of what I ordered an hour earlier and they didn't know how to make any more. There was a ton of people working, but they didn't seem to be doing much.

Gotten food twice now where I wasn't able to use my app rewards which was the whole reason for going. I use to be able to use them no problem but now nothing. The employees look annoyed when I ask about it. I always get string bean and don't mind waiting for it but now twice I've gone and they tell me they have no chicken for it bc ita frozen. Terrible service

Food is good, but sometimes the broccoli is a little under cooked. The few times I've been here recently the service wasn't so good. Christian ag the drive in window was very rude. All in all, if you are hungry and no other options come here.

I sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes being ignored. Then once I ordered they told me it would take 5 minutes for my food to be ready. I waited almost 30 minutes with nothing. The employees were rude and weren’t sorry about making customers wait while they prepared their own food and refilled their drinks and chit chatted. Finally I went in and demanded a refund. Luckily the employee didn’t argue about giving me one.

Shitty experience ordering over the phone, I called to put in an order and then they tell me to order online so I order online and they want me to link credit card information. That's total BS, just take my damn order why do you have to offload all of the work onto the customer after you already raised the prices of food...

So this location apparently does not give napkins in the drive thru. The only option is A) The single folded napkin that comes in their shrink wrapped plasticware (which I'm not going to use because I prefer chopsticks), or B) I can go inside and grab napkins myself from their napkin dispenser. This comes straight from their manager Isaias. They would rather waste plasticware and hand me several of those, rather than just hand me some napkins. Make this make sense somehow. A ridiculous waste and inconvenience. I spent $30 on food, we're going to make a mess!

Dry rice and lo mein. They usually don't give you sauce for the Teriyaki chicken when you ask for it. Also don't tell you or it isn't on the menu when things are an upcharge from the original amount you thought it would be.

This is the worst place. 6pm on a Sunday half the bowls are empty and when asked they said they will not make any more food. Management at this location should be fired. DO NOT come to this location.
