Wife ordered a BACON egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, we get home and there is NO BACON ON A BACON EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH. How....?
The group of seniors ( widowed ) enjoyed the food along with the fact that some had some food to take home and enjoy later .

Ordered a pick 2 of tomato soup and Fuji apple salad, along with a chili bread bowl from the drive thru. It took 10 min. For me to get my food after I had paid. Then when I got home, I find no apples in my salad. Very disappointed!

Went here during dinner time today and it was surprisingly slow. We ordered from the kiosk and sat near-by, which meant we didn't hear them call our name from the other side of the restaurant. We got 2 Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches and a small chai iced tea latte, cost $40, already wild. My sandwich had no bacon on it, so it was just a Turkey Bravo, but it did have a long blond strand of employee hair in it (no hair nets are worn by the folk behind the counter). Both our sandwiches had 2 heads of lettuce on them as well, these things were not made well. I doubt I'll ever come back to this specific store.

The order is never right. Don’t go here, they don’t bother helping correct it anyway.

Placed a mobile order for a whole Ranch Parmesan BLT salad with NO croutons (also marked the order as an allergy) because I have celiac disease. When I picked it up I received a half order. I went back and asked if they could check my online order because I thought I maybe placed it incorrectly. I placed it correctly, they just made a half. The lady who took the order apologized and remade it for me with no issue… I thought!! When I looked in the bag I saw that it was made as a whole, but WITH croutons! So I had to go back a third time. I explained that my salad was again, not made correctly because it had the croutons on it and the salad didn’t reflect my original order. I explained that I couldn’t eat it or take them off because I have an allergy. The original lady that took my order understood/apologized and said they would remake it again. The lady remaking it was obviously upset at me. She audibly told the other employee in the kitchen to tell me “to take them off and stop being so picky.” I kept my mouth shut and stood there and watched her make my salad even though that was incredibly rude. She handed me the salad, I looked at it and noticed it was still made incorrectly. It was missing the chopped bacon that comes with the salad. I obviously was already a *huge* inconvenience to them so I decided to take the loss and just leave.

Panera is always a nice place for a sandwich. They are a little pricey, but they are good! The apple chicken walnut sandwich is my fave! They are pretty quick and the restaurant has plenty of seating and its kept clean! The order taker was very friendly! Nice job Panera!

Restaurantji Recommends
Wow, what a great first time in! Farah was so warm and welcoming with a huge smile and helped me pick out a couple meals to take to-go since I just moved to this side of town and everything is still in boxes. She took great care of me and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this restaurant and location! Thank you!!
When there are issues with the ordering tablets, obviously you go to the front to place your order. I did that today and the woman at the counter could not follow my explanation of what happened with the tablet. I explained multiple times and she just kept saying “sorry a lot is happening”. A lot was not happening. When she finally gave up understanding and stepped away to grab the manager, I turned to the person behind me in line and asked if I was explaining things clearly or if I was off base. The person behind me confirmed I was being very clear and had explained the issue at least 3 times.
When the manager got there (who was a solid 20 years younger than the front counter worker), the original worker stood beside her and just kept vigorously nodding her head “no” as I explained the issue. I finally said something to the tune of “can you please stop nodding your head no at me? It’s really rude and I’m just trying to explain the tech issue.”
So, there shouldn’t be a worker at the front counter that cannot communicate competently and follow the explanation of customers when there are issues (since we all order on the kiosks unless there are issues).
Also when I was ordering my sandwich in the first place, she couldn’t follow my 3 very simple modifications (a bread change, no mayo, no salt/pep) and kept inputting them wrong so once the manager got there my order wasn’t right, the line behind me was super long (cause the tablets were all glitching). Then *I* felt overwhelmed and ultimately didn’t order my food, just got my sip club drink and left.
Overall, it was just an incredibly rude, confusing service experience. The manager was fine and tried her best to help but ultimately the Panera ordering system was jacking up the application of a promo code on my account (a simple thing the front counter worker should be able to see in the system).

Went through the drive through and ordered the Italian steak mozzarella sandwich. Got home and the sandwich has completely no meat. Disappointed especially for the price.

Went there yesterday for lunch. Haven’t had it in years and I remember why. I used to not mind the price because the quality was good, that’s clearly changed. Ordered my kid a ham and cheese with chips, didn’t receive my chips. The sandwich I ordered had avocado on it, which they stuck a WHOLE one that made the sandwich hard to eat. Literally took it off my sandwich and took bites out of it like an Apple. I had to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes for 3 COLD sandwiches and two soups. Which we all know those soups are made in bulk. Also, I didn’t get any napkins or utensils. Clearly I was just supposed to drink my soup out of the cup and not get the fixings in it. Ridiculous.

Today was my 2nd time visiting this place and ordered a salad with a side of baguette. Unfortunately, they said they didn’t have any available which is the second occurrence. I thought the first time was a fluke but again it happened during the same time of day. I was able to mention this to someone who seemed to be in charge of the operation of this Panera and told her what happened. She said that the baguettes were ready which just came out of the oven hot and fresh. She went towards the kitchen and came out with a whole stick of French baguette still hot. Katherine(spelling could be Catherine) went above and beyond to make this a better experience this time around. I wish the workers can take the same initiative to provide this excellent service exhibited.
