We ordered the two cup BC Soup. Being told the BC soup is not gluten free, I was told the Corn Chowder is. I ordered a CC and then commented I was charged wrong (on the board at the ordering) she asked if I wanted the two cup corn chowder. I said yes (understanding the difference now) The end result: She in fact did not change the order to the two cup CC. Which, in turn, did NOT get me the second cup AND she put in the french baguette!! Bread is GLUTEN! The board has $7.99 for a ‘bowl’ of soup. I was charged $7.99 and received a ‘cup’ of soup. The whole order for the Corn Chowder was messed up! My friends BC soup was fine. My GF order was not.

I always enjoy the food at this restaurant. I love the broccoli soup and the sandwiches. I always order them with a delicious blueberry lemonade. The prices are affordable, and the food is delicious.

I was appalled at how much they charged for their new steak and mozzarella sandwich!! Between two people we spent $50! For two medium sized sandwiches that didn't even have that much on them. There was a minimal amount of steak, one piece of cheese, very little tomato and arugula. The fruit was good but for an additional $3, seems insane! The cherry pastries are almost $5 a piece!! I just can't believe that they would charge $50 for such a minimal amount of food that was only so so. I won't be buying Panera anymore with these prices

I went through the drive-through and ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich, 1 drink, and a side salad. The salad had so much cheese and croutons on it that I wouldn't even call it a salad at all with very little lettuce. The sandwich had no cheese I guess to make up for the extra salad cheese. I was charged for and given 2 drinks I only ordered 1 and when I asked for a recipe. I was not given one they closed the drive-thru window and didn't come back so I left without one. This place has gone downhill in quality and customer service.

Went the other night through drive through, first person was pretty nice and then we had another person give us our drinks who seemed polite then when he came to give us our food my husband said thank you and the worker didn’t respond or say your welcome just looked at us and shut the window? When going to eat our food my son and I sandwich’s were literally slapped together, a huge piece of avocado not even bothered to be cut, and the chicken in the sandwich was frozen? Everything was out of the sandwich which doesn’t really make sense considering we waited 5-7 min for our two cold sandwiches as someone who worked at a faster paced sandwich place. Kind of a disappointment and a waste of $35

Full sand, cookie and bowl of chicken noodle for 30.00. Wow the soup if that what you call had literally no chicken in it. It had about 10 noodles and the rest was some sort of blended up crap. This lace has gone down hill fast

Panera food doesn't disappoint. The space itself was unclean, and no workers were around, that weren't kitchen staff, to alert about tables or restrooms (which were unusable due to filth).

Pro: The employees are really friendly at this location. Drive through service makes it easier for me as I have difficulty walking. Con: The sandwiches never look like the pictures on the menu. The price is high for what is served. Disappointing.
