I have been going to this location over 15 years. It is new owners. I know it’s been quite some years. The owners are very friendly. The food is great, but the service really sucks. They never check on you. They only come to your table if you need water refills, and that takes forever none of the workers are friendly. Besides, the owners has been and wife to adorable kids that I seen Growing so you know, I have been coming to this location for a very long time. It’s not the cleanest, but I love the food. I honestly wish they would just get better at customer service. Nobody checks on their tables. I appreciate the loyalty points. That’s also another reason that brings me back. Ps if your website says you close at nine, I don’t think it’s respectful to turn off your TVs and music at 8:15 and I have witnessed this multiple times. I am also in the Russia industry as I am a waitress at Bojo‘s Pizza. They are number one about their customer service and we would get in trouble if we turned off TVs and music before closing. It makes you feel rushed out the door as a paying customer a loyal paying customer at that . I think reviews go a long way and helps businesses get better.

Interior is bright and lively, staff is very friendly and quick, but pho is average. The broth is not as flavorful as other places I like and the conical shaped bowls feels like you don't get as much volume for the price.

Food was good ok. Our boba was frozen which was disappointing. Service was not great at all. Our order was taken and food delivered and that’s the last time we saw anyone to our table. I had to stand up and ask after a long period of time for a box. I understand places being busy and giving grace, however it wasn’t busy. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and nice.

The food and service is really good here. There is always some sort of up beat music going. The pho always comes out super piping hot, which is a big plus for me. The broth is very savory and hearty and just all in all very comforting. Pho on 74th has other options as well like Pad Thai, vermicelli bowls and more yummy options! If you are feeling up to the spice challenge I would definitely ask for a side of their chili oil. Therefore I give foot on 74th and five star review thank you for taking care of me every single time I come in. And thank you for always satisfying that pho craving that I have very often haha!

Today the waiter was busy I think , he didn't check on us and another person was just refilling the water without asking. The food is ok, it have flavor but no much meat for the $. I will recommend some kind of music for the background noise. They ask me for tip and I didn't know it was all ready included.
I think this place is one of the BEST! Whenever I’m in the area- I always order their chili dumplings to DIE for- and come in like a spicy pho broth. I always order their fried rice that may be the best I’ve ever had. One full large broth and 3 xtra to go. So basically I have food for about a week that is delightful. The owners are amazing too- Kat and Sun (may have butchered their names) and it’s so clean. The restaurant and the bathrooms

This place is not my cup of tea. It was our first time for three of our family members, and neither of us liked it. We thought the food was over prized for the quality of it.
Also, we had split bills, and we were not told that the tip was already included on the bill, so they went ahead and allowed us to pay double tip.
We asked them for the extra money back on the extra tip, and plus the guy got upset about it, not ok.

Haven't been here for almost 10 years. They've remodeled since then. Food is still good as I remember. Quick and friendly serivce. Definitely recommend this place

What can you say about Pho. If you have been you kinda know what you are getting. They do have a bar though, so if a Martini and Pho are your thing .. :)
