I have been going to this location over 15 years. It is new owners. I know it’s been quite some years. The owners are very friendly. The food is great, but the service really sucks. They never check on you. They only come to your table if you need water refills, and that takes forever none of the workers are friendly. Interior is bright and lively, staff is very friendly and quick, but pho is average. The broth is not as flavorful as other places I like and the conical shaped bowls feels like you don't get as much volume for the price.

The food and service is really good here. There is always some sort of up beat music going. The pho always comes out super piping hot, which is a big plus for me. The broth is very savory and hearty and just all in all very comforting. Pho on 74th has other options as well like Pad Thai, vermicelli bowls and more yummy options!
