Didn't honor their in store policy if they don't offer to show you the pizza it's free I caught them not once but twice both times tried to look over it and didn't honor their own policies never going back also the maranera sauce for the bread sticks is hardly enough for one stick of bread don't recommend

Individual pizzas have gotten so small we have to order 2 per person. There was almost no sauce on any of the 4 we purchased. But the parts that had sauce were very delicious!
This Pizza Hut in the Broomfield/Westminster area has been my regular pick for a reason—it’s consistent. The pizzas come out hot, cooked properly, and the toppings are decent and not skimped. Orders are usually ready right on time, which I appreciate. Nothing over the top, but it gets the job done every time without any issues.

i ordered through the pizza hut app, and my pizza was ready in 15 minutes. service was great, and my food was excellent!

Ordered online. Pizza came but had green peppers on it...don't care for peppers and would never order my pizza with them BUT food was hot and delivery was great

For the day that it is and them to have no way to edit a pizza they still made sure my pizza was made the right way somebody coming to my party today is lactose and I decided to have pizza so I had to make sure that half the pizza had no cheese and I put no cheese on the whole pizza and asked if possible they could put half cheese And on Super Bowl Sunday when orders are bad we really appreciate it
I ordered food 40 minutes ago on super bowl. Sunday at 2:30. Get to the the location and they don't even have my order when I called them direct. So I order my pizza now and now I have to wait another 20 minutes

For the 2nd time in a month, I received undercooked pizza. The first was a personal pan pizza and was delivered, so I didn't make a fuss as it was only for me, and I just cooked it after it got here. The 2nd was a large pizza for my family. We had a school event, and this store is less than a mile from our home, so I decided to order a large pizza for pickup. I picked it up, got it home, and found that it was undercooked. The bottom of the pizza crust was literally raw dough with no color to it. The top of the pizza crust was "blonde" and not the brown toasty color you should see on the crust. I called, and they said they would make me another. I drove back over, and the 2nd "looked" a little better, but even my 5 year old and 10 year old who would eat pizza for every meal if they could said that it was horrible and more like a snack pack pizza. The dough was still undercooked, not as raw, but not cooked all the way. The mushrooms, pineapple, and peppers were barely warm and definitely not cooked to temp. By that time, we had to leave for the school, so the kids had to eat sandwiches on the go. I assume their oven is broken and not cooking at the correct temperature. This could cause someone to get sick, so be careful!!!
Pizza is always good enough for the drive across town for carryout, staff is always polite and friendly.
