I specifically ordered pizza and garlic bread sticks to be delivered at 5:15 and specified “Please ring bell” in the delivery instructions. The pizza was not here when my friends arrived, and after sitting around the dining table waiting to eat, we called the store at 5:30 and asked about it. We were told that the pizza was not being delivered by Pizza Hut, and that it was picked up by someone named Diana who is associated with some outside delivery service that corporate now insists on. She picked up a “double”. Apparently, an outside computer system decides who is going to be assigned to the delivery and the store has no control over the process. We were first told to call back in 1/2 hour and that then a manager might authorize a redo of the order. When I questioned whether the replacement order would still be subject to being delivered by the outside delivery company, I was told yes. While talking with the male employ, we checked the porch again and found the order which was now cold on the porch. I don’t know how long it had been there because the delivery person DIDN’T RING THE BELL! With the $5.69 delivery fee and $8.48 tip, I paid $50.88 for 1 cold pizza and 1 order of cold garlic bread sticks. NEVER AGAIN will any of us order from Pizza Hut. We WILL be telling everyone we know and doing reviews online!

Doing DoorDash deliveries today on New Years Day. Came to pick up an order from this Pizza Hut, there’s one man working and 0 customers and he basically yelled at me telling me that he hasn’t even started the order yet. I understand no one wants to work on a holiday, but really? Why do you have to be rude to your customers? Unsure of his name but he’s a big man with glasses. Also looks unsanitary and unhygienic. Would never order from here as a customer

Website is kinda wonky to order from, but pizza arrives generally at the lower end of the max delivery time and is almost always hot outta the oven. Not gonna hold a luke-warm pizza against a delivery service in 24f temps~

Just 3 stars for this location. The parking lot sucks. You can't just park close and run in quickly to grab orders. Most of the time I still have to wait for my order to be done even through its past time to pick up my order. No one is at the counter. You have to wait until the come around to check. There is some benches to wait thankfully.Parking: Lots of parking but not close.
Best location I've been to in the area. Perfect for carryout. Will be returning again.

Got wrong size pizza. I ordered large and was delivered medium. Also, the pizza came in cold, delivery was fast so it makes me think that they gave me pizza that was prepared before. Disappointed:(
