I placed an order through the app and had a delay with delivery. When I called the store, Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though she was clearly dealing with a lot, she stayed professional, had my order remade, and even added some wings as a kind gesture. As a tired caregiver, this meant so much. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond!

Cashier was rude/snotty, and didn’t honor the plaque that says “if I didn’t offer to show you your carry out pizza, your pizza is free”. 0/10. Get a new cashier.

Wrong food received, missing items completely and some not edible. We have contacted call center and store multiple times for a refund that was supposed to be sent almost 2 weeks ago and keep getting the run around and told I will be contacted and still nothing.

This place used to be great to grab pizza from on our drive home from work but not anymore. Hopefully they make this right but after seeing the reviews it seems it’s an ongoing issue at this location.

Ordered my whole work lunch and waited an HOUR for food to supposedly be delivered. They hadn't come or gotten an update from the app and i called them. Come to find out we went over a $2 limit for delivery.. instead of calling us to let us know or even warn us we would have to do pick up they did not communicate anything and once i called they were rude and said they didn't have any delivery drivers. As a customer who choose to do a delivery i feel as we should have been called to be aware of that. Food was good, staff are terrible and manager didn't even care.

I am convinced Pizza Hut pizzas never touch the heat of an oven. The bottoms are soft and doughy, and there is no flavor in them whatsoever. Consistently disappointing every time my work has ordered from them. I couldn't care less about the service or atmosphere; it's just bad pizza.

The pizza was awful. Not enough marinara or cheese. The pizza’s toppings were also burned. The shop was understaffed and a tiny entrance pick up area. Very disappointed

I ordered a pizza today 8/04/24 meats lovers and I called the store to make some changes and Cristina said very rude over the phone that can be any changes she cristina)started to argument about time and ingredients over the phone and was very RUDE to me! I did not get the pizza for that reason..don’t worry I will get my pizza from Domino’s today good luck with the poor customer service and rudeness.

Ordered 32 wings and cheese sticks, I only receive the cheesesticks after over and hour wait, get told the order was left there by the driver and they would redeliver. I wait an hour and a half and call them back only for them to say yeah it's not gonna be delivered and the boss is in the bathroom.

I placed an order from this place twice in two months specifically requesting certain things that were not respected. When the order was placed with special requests, they heard it but didn’t apply the requests to making my order correctly according to my special requests.

Ordered delivery, a sausage and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, 2 ranch sauces, and a soda. I got the ranch and the soda. How you put an everything pizza in place of a sausage and pepperoni STUFFED FREAKIN CRUST pizza and send that out for delivery??? Are they stupid or stoned??? Seriously, and then the person on the phone doesn't even offer to cover the meal or to compesate me with anything other than a replacement pizza. Complete disregarded the fact that I have now been waiting for my real order for over an hour now and I still haven't received it. As a former dominos delivery guy, this is a disgrace. We rarely did anything like this and if we accidentally did, we always tried to compensate the customer for our embarrassing actions. This is twice now with two different Pizza Huts in a row where they have sent the wrong pizza. Never again, Pizza Hut, never again! And if I were you reading this right now, I wouldn't either.

Ordered online at 524, order had still not arrived 1 hr later. Called store to inquire. First associate was friendly but couldn’t locate order- he transferred me to shift manager. Shift manager stated that order had been cancelled due to store running out of stuffed crust. Shift manager stated his shift started at 430 and prior manager should have called to inform me the ordered was cancelled. Had to specifically ask for the shift managers name as he did not state it when picking up the phone. He also didn’t know when card would be refunded. Will not be doing orders for personal or business again.
