Never received my delivery order, and the phone number on the website and Google is incorrect. Literally no way to contact this place. Going to dispute the charge on my card.

I was just for the pickup and i was there before 2 minutes of ready time and they said it will takes 15 minutes but i waited there for more than 20 minutes still it was not ready. When i asked to the staff she said that you can cancel the order and they treat so rude with me and even when i ask about the order they just give a damn care and started saying rough word which i really feel bad. They don’t care about the customers or the order they just care about to make money.

I ordered on line, spent $47.00 , and never received my order. Spent 2 hours back and forth over the phone with them. Finally they stopped answering my calls. The next day I called to try to get my money back they simply told me there was no phone number linked to my order. This is not my first bad experience stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service! Ordered pan pizza for a party and it arrived as regular crust and cold. Called to complain because it's plain and disgusting. They told me they ran out of that kind of crust so they could remake it and send it out in 4 hours or issue a refund. Requested the refund and was told 7 to 10 business days. Its been 3 weeks and still haven't got my money back. Called the store and was told since it's over 21 days there is nothing they can do. Such a joke! Will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order through the app and had a delay with delivery. When I called the store, Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though she was clearly dealing with a lot, she stayed professional, had my order remade, and even added some wings as a kind gesture. As a tired caregiver, this meant so much. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond!

Cashier was rude/snotty, and didn’t honor the plaque that says “if I didn’t offer to show you your carry out pizza, your pizza is free”. 0/10. Get a new cashier.

Wrong food received, missing items completely and some not edible. We have contacted call center and store multiple times for a refund that was supposed to be sent almost 2 weeks ago and keep getting the run around and told I will be contacted and still nothing.

This place used to be great to grab pizza from on our drive home from work but not anymore. Hopefully they make this right but after seeing the reviews it seems it’s an ongoing issue at this location.

Ordered my whole work lunch and waited an HOUR for food to supposedly be delivered. They hadn't come or gotten an update from the app and i called them. Come to find out we went over a $2 limit for delivery.. instead of calling us to let us know or even warn us we would have to do pick up they did not communicate anything and once i called they were rude and said they didn't have any delivery drivers. As a customer who choose to do a delivery i feel as we should have been called to be aware of that. Food was good, staff are terrible and manager didn't even care.
