I am convinced Pizza Hut pizzas never touch the heat of an oven. The bottoms are soft and doughy, and there is no flavor in them whatsoever. Consistently disappointing every time my work has ordered from them. I couldn't care less about the service or atmosphere; it's just bad pizza.

I ordered a pizza today 8/04/24 meats lovers and I called the store to make some changes and Cristina said very rude over the phone that can be any changes she cristina)started to argument about time and ingredients over the phone and was very RUDE to me! I did not get the pizza for that reason..don’t worry I will get my pizza from Domino’s today good luck with the poor customer service and rudeness.

Ordered 32 wings and cheese sticks, I only receive the cheesesticks after over and hour wait, get told the order was left there by the driver and they would redeliver. I wait an hour and a half and call them back only for them to say yeah it's not gonna be delivered and the boss is in the bathroom.

Ordered delivery, a sausage and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, 2 ranch sauces, and a soda. I got the ranch and the soda. How you put an everything pizza in place of a sausage and pepperoni STUFFED FREAKIN CRUST pizza and send that out for delivery??? Are they stupid or stoned??? Seriously, and then the person on the phone doesn't even offer to cover the meal or to compesate me with anything other than a replacement pizza. Complete disregarded the fact that I have now been waiting for my real order for over an hour now and I still haven't received it. As a former dominos delivery guy, this is a disgrace. We rarely did anything like this and if we accidentally did, we always tried to compensate the customer for our embarrassing actions. This is twice now with two different Pizza Huts in a row where they have sent the wrong pizza. Never again, Pizza Hut, never again! And if I were you reading this right now, I wouldn't either.

Ordered online at 524, order had still not arrived 1 hr later. Called store to inquire. First associate was friendly but couldn’t locate order- he transferred me to shift manager. Shift manager stated that order had been cancelled due to store running out of stuffed crust. Shift manager stated his shift started at 430 and prior manager should have called to inform me the ordered was cancelled. Had to specifically ask for the shift managers name as he did not state it when picking up the phone. He also didn’t know when card would be refunded. Will not be doing orders for personal or business again.

Delivery order, It was after the time stated by computer for arrival so I checked and saw that it said that it had been delivered 20 minutes prior, but I hadn't received it. I called the store and they told me that my pizza had been returned to the store because there was no Unit # on my condo address. Not sure why that was dropped from my order info online, but mostly couldn't understand why my order was taken back to the store and yet online it said it had been delivered and through all of this, I had not been contacted with either a phone call or a text. They did send the original pizza out to my corrected address but by this time the cheese was congealing and to top it off, I wasn't even offered a discount or anything.

The first time we ordered our food it was delivered to the wrong house and they thought they dropped it off at the right house. My husband who has some temper issues, called to complain and Kellen was the only guy at this Pizza Hut who cared to correct the mistake!! Thank you Kellen for making sure our kids ate tonight!! Kellen is the superhero for this store!

She informed me she didn't know why the order was cancelled online. I proceeded to ask if I could place another order through her and she seemed irritated and impatient. When the pizza finally arrived it was very hard almost un edible.

Didn't get my pizza for 2 hours and then the general manager a Mexican lady that gave me your name and I couldn't understand told me it was my fault for her driver going to the wrong place and because my phone was disconnected she blamed it on me when her driver went to the wrong place I called them and told him the right place I even gave them step by step directions to get to my place and they still didn't get to my place for another hour they called me up and I had to give them step-by-step directions why he was on the phone I called the manager she was so rude and so mean to me saying it was all my fault because of the phone number I will not go back to this Pizza Hut again she is very rude mean and wouldn't even help me out my grandkids ate cold pizza this lady is rude need and I want her fired she should not have treated people like that at all I even agreed to her that it was partially my fault and she said no it was all my fault I wish I could have understand her name she was a general manager on Friday night if anybody knows her please have a talk with her because she is very rude she is not a people person I am on depression pills and of course I was crying after I hung up with her she made me feel so horrible I want her fired for what she did

Don’t bother wasting your time and money on delivery from this location. I’ve never received my food as ordered. Items missing, items incorrect, absurdly long delays. Delivery seems to be completely handled by DoorDash now which means absolutely zero customer support for issues.
