After placing and order online and waiting for an hour, I called the store to see what was going and the employee on the phone wasn't very helpful at all. She informed me she didn't know why the order was cancelled online. I proceeded to ask if I could place another order through her and she seemed irritated and impatient. When the pizza finally arrived it was very hard almost un edible.

Didn't get my pizza for 2 hours and then the general manager a Mexican lady that gave me your name and I couldn't understand told me it was my fault for her driver going to the wrong place and because my phone was disconnected she blamed it on me when her driver went to the wrong place I called them and told him the right place I even gave them step by step directions to get to my place and they still didn't get to my place for another hour they called me up and I had to give them step-by-step directions why he was on the phone I called the manager she was so rude and so mean to me saying it was all my fault because of the phone number I will not go back to this Pizza Hut again she is very rude mean and wouldn't even help me out my grandkids ate cold pizza this lady is rude need and I want her fired she should not have treated people like that at all I even agreed to her that it was partially my fault and she said no it was all my fault I wish I could have understand her name she was a general manager on Friday night if anybody knows her please have a talk with her because she is very rude she is not a people person I am on depression pills and of course I was crying after I hung up with her she made me feel so horrible I want her fired for what she didParking: Has bad directions and wouldn't find my house I had to give step by step directions

Don’t bother wasting your time and money on delivery from this location. I’ve never received my food as ordered. Items missing, items incorrect, absurdly long delays. Delivery seems to be completely handled by DoorDash now which means absolutely zero customer support for issues.

$17 for a medium pizza and a small Pepsi is outrageous. Then as their only customer watched them stick my pizza in warmer and it sat there for 5 minutes while the cashier ignored it and me. And the medium size pizza is puny as hell their portions are terribly mis measured. Never getting pizza here again.

Im honestly very sad I love Pizza Hut and this is the first time I order from this location and was not promised my order. I ordered at 7:08pm and my order has not gotten here it’s now 9:08pm this will be not just the first but also the last time I order from this location. Please Pizza Hut do better!

This post is strongly towards the area manager and above. We order here just to find out order missing because it was voided due to no pan pizza so the store didn’t even get the order. Walk in and the staff looks stressed as heck because of lack of care from morning management to set the night team up for success. Find out someone threw out all the dough and they are doing the best given the situation. Chris who was manager on duty was awesome helpful. Being a past food service manager sucks to see good people busting their butts with no support. That area manager should have been in here grabbing pizza dough from other stores to help these people out. Didn’t see a fault on the staff but on upper managment.Support your teams better.

Jeremy, the manager at this location, should be hired by Pizza Hut, so he can teach the other locations on how to treat customers!! Even his employee who took my order was extremely courteous! From now on, I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to get my pizzas here! Thank you Jeremy!!!

My fiancee ordered pizza, his total came to $51. He handed the driver 100 and was told "I don't have change" and they left. The cheese on the pizza isn't even melted and my pizza was soggy. Won't be ordering from here again.

Placed an online order for the 3 topping Large pizza, paying $2 more for Pan Crust. Arrived at store to pick up on time, had to wait for additional 10 minutes. During that time, another customer came in to pick up their 2 Large Pan crust pizzas, and were told the store was out of Large Pan crusts, so they got 2 medium Pan crusts per Large pizza ordered. I finally get our pizza, sprint home, open the box and find....a Regular Crust pizza. Lesson: Open the box before you leave the store.

Ordered online through Pizza Hut and they had doordash delivery and was not going to give the correct change back to me for the cash even though I ordered online and said the cash was being the form of payment
