Great food and service

Food was delicious and portions enough for a second meal at home!!

It took 10 minutes to get our drinks after ordering, and the alcoholic drinks came out before the diet pepsi. Our server took forever on everything. The bread was gross and stale but drenched in butter to try and hide it. Half of the food came out cold because we could sit it sitting in the kitchen for 5 minutes before our server went and brought it to us. And there were only 6 tables in the place with people. The prices on the bill were higher than the menu.

Food was great! No pictures unfortunately but it was yummy 😋. We also got an Italian soda that was AMAZING as well.

Macaroni Grill is always a peaceful and comfort-tood place to be. Waitress was wonderful, as well.

The food was good, but the service was great. Our server Drea made us feel like family. We ordered Pomodoro Tortellaci which was good, and Truffle Mac & Cheese which was OK. We enjoyed our visit here and we'd be happy to return.

Got quick service.

We only go here once a year for Christmas& had never had a complaint about tipping the server till tonight (12/25/24) when the manager came out and said that we need to be in the Christmas spirit and tip the server.

Macaroni Grill has always been a favorite, but it's clear that over the past 15 years, time has really worn this great down. On a recent visit for dinner, I was surprised to see how dingy and worn out the restaurant felt. This place certainly could use a deep clean, as the surfaces all had a really grimy feel. We had ordered a starter, the prosciutto and mozzarella, and were very disappointed to have a dish that was piping hot come to the table, but the meat and cheese still cold out of the fridge. This was unfortunately an omen of what was to come. Our entrees were both disappointing - my spouse's chicken was undercooked and my pasta dish, traditionally a solid, tasted like the sauce had gone sour and they were covering it up with way more garlic and pepper in the process.

The Aurora location used to be my spot once a week. Tried this location for the first time a and Food and service has definitely changed and Not like it used to be. Sangria was spoiled and had the nerve to serve it to me.

Next to the kitchen. Out of a lot of the beverages we ordered. The tiramisu martini was gross. The cookie was out inside the drink to create mushy floaty chunks. Food was not as good as most things we eat out. The Brussels were worth it.

I brought my family here for my mother going away dinner. We had awful service. I’m empathetic to servers when things get crazy, I worked food service. This was 100% in our servers control. Just forgetting about our 6 top table in the middle of her section multiple times for extended periods of time. Nice enough lady but left everyone in a frustrated mood. I know this sounds like first world problems but I paid close to $300 with tip for terrible service and ok food priced at $19ish a plate. Dont charge me premium restaurant prices and provide me that product

We enjoyed Macaroni Grill extensively. My late husband is Sicilian and he loved it. Our son invited me to go there for the beautiful memories we’ve always had about their delicious food, excellent service and their caring staff. It hasn’t changed and that makes it special. One thing changed and wonder if it will come back: Eggplant Parmesan.

Kid-friendliness: Our son brought my grandson for the first time and it was special. My grandson is a hyper kid. That evening, he was so hungry and the food took a very long time to be served. Nevertheless, he had no complaints thanks to the kid friendly way the waitress kept him entertained. I dearly miss my late husband, but felt “at home” once again at his and our favorite restaurant. Now, more than ever, because the newest member of our family felt welcomed there just like we did. Thank you!
