My husband, daughter and I came for dinner tonight and had a great time. Our server, Zach J was awesome! He was so friendly and helpful and followed us into the parking lot to give our daughter a cookie. The food was delicious and big portions. We drove from south Denver to come and will definitely come back.

My husband and I came here on a Thursday evening for the first time. We were greeted & seated promptly. Our server Ian was extremely friendly, quick while tending to all of the other tables (probably 10 in total), and made sure to check in with us regularly. Since it was our first time, he made suggestions and we thoroughly enjoyed our food! The crispy brussel sprouts, fried mac and cheese bites and fettuccine stood out to us :) We also thoroughly enjoyed the Romanos Old Fashioned. We will absolutely be back! :)

The only thing that I would suggest is music! I don’t know if they usually play some sort of music but there was none when we were there. Which is fine— but with the open kitchen you can hear a lot of the chatter/ banter behind the scenes— which we were entertained by, but may not be enjoyable for all.

I forgot this place is so much nicer inside than you would imagine. A little taste of Italy. Amazing Tomato basil soup. We had a mussels special and classic Lasagna. Delicious. And great service and conversation with Danielle. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We'll be back!

Terrible! I was excited because I thought Macaroni Grill went out of business years ago, and we skipped going to Bonefish Grill to come here. We should have left when we noticed they were not busy on a Friday night. The hostess couldn’t process that we had 3 people, then sat us at a dirty table. The waitress brought out olive oil for the bread, but no bread, then came back to the table numerous times empty handed, before remembering to get our drinks, and each time said ā€œOh. I forgot your _____.ā€ They were out of iced tea…….and the waitress went as far as to tell us they didn’t even have any to brew, after coming back to the table multiple times forgetting to bring ……well….anything. We finally got some bread to go with the olive oil, which was a bit greasy, but was the best part of the meal. I ordered the Chicken Scaloppine. It was ok….not great. My daughter ordered the Mushroom Ravioli (pictured). She couldn’t eat it and instead ate some of my meal. My husband had a steak, which came out not even warm. I tried to convince him to send it back, but he didn’t want to take the chance of what the kitchen might do if you send food back. He ate it, but i will be monitoring for food poisoning. We didn’t complain to the waitress, because after bringing the food, she never came back to the table until we asked for the check. I understand now why all other locations closed years ago. This one should be closed too.

Food was tasty. But our server treated us like we were a bother! I don't think he greeted us nor smiled once during our time there!! These days, it costs a lot to eat out, so if i choose a particular restaurant to spend my time abd money, i would at least like to be treated like i matter.

I thought this place was amazing and extremely underrated. The price of food for the quality was great. Our server Yar was so sweet. 10/10 for macaroni grill 🫶🫶

We eat at various restaurants regularly. Last night we chose Romano's. The food was fine. Excellent, no. Just fine.

The service was attentive, but waitperson seemed like a rookie. Like he may have been nervous.

The most interesting situation was this. There may have been more employees in the restaurant than customers. We were there for dinner, about 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. There must be over 100 tables, and 7 were being used. How is this possible? Makes me wonder what is going on here.

When we first came here the woman was very kind and such. But we got another server and towards the end I can see her talking to other people for an extended period of time while we’re waiting for the check. It felt judgy in there too. The food was either too bitter, too burnt, or too spicy. I couldn’t really enjoy my meal, when we left I accidentally left something behind and when I came back five minutes later or probably shorter. I come back to get it, I discover they thrown it already and when she goes to the trash, apparently they also thrown it in the back so it couldn’t be retrieved. Do they not check the tables when they clear it the cups and such? Or do they just throw everything away? Overall, this is my first time coming here and I’m disappointed

We hadn't been to Macaroni Grill for a few years and were so excited to get a date night here. What a MASSIVE disappointment! When we first sat down, my husband mentioned that the dirty drain smell was quite off-putting. When I mentioned that the yellow crayon on our table was not the dining experience I was looking for, my husband mentioned that it wasn't as bad as what looked like spit on the wall of the booth right next to him. So gross! He almost dropped his cane in the disgusting abyss between the booth and the wall. We tried to look past it since we were excited to eat here and barely ever get a date night these days.
When the bread came, we discovered that we'd have to cut it ourselves or tear it and get oil all over our hands. When our calamari came we each ate 3 pieces before deciding 2/3 of them were so chewy that they were inedible. I was freezing in the restaurant, so I sacrificed my opportunity for the pasta dishes I had been looking forward to for soup. The lobster bisque was like a microwave bowl of just cheese. I figured I would get my husband's yummy leftovers, so I got over it. He warned me I wouldn't want his penne rustica, but I assured him it had been my favorite meal there for about 17 years, and I would. I was wrong. The shrimp was overcooked, and the dish was piping hot for a long time after it arrived at our table. It was congealed over as if it had been made hours earlier and had been kept in a warmer. This made no sense to us since it was only 5:30, the beginning of dinner service. We wanted to pay quickly and leave, never to return. No luck. Our server pushed the issue of our not wanting take-home boxes, and got the manager even after my husband assured her they did NOT want his feedback. The manager didn't see anything wrong with the penne rustica, but she comped our meal anyway.
Home office - please do not ask me to contact you for more details. Everything you need to know has been said here, and we do not need or want a gift card for any more of your food.

We came in at roughly 7:30pm on a dead Thursday evening with only a few people in. We were promptly sat, and our drink order was promptly taken. After about 5 minutes, our waitress, Kay came back for our appetizer order and those came out in a very timely manner. This is when service starts to go downhill, quickly. Our drinks were empty for about 15 minutes before someone who was not our waitress refilled them. It was about 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our food order and then the food did not come out for another almost 30 minutes. We then had to flag someone else down to check on our food and then flag someone else down to get our waitress to come back to not only give us our check but take the check/payment back for checkout. We were told by the manager that the chef was new and that was the delay but our waitress was less than attentive and not very good. We noticed tables that came in after us were getting prompt refills, their food came out promptly, and they were overall just getting better service. Very disappointed.

Went to eat with the family. Ordered our food and it took forever to arrive. Once the food came, the kids food was delayed for about 10 more minutes. Overall was about close to an hour wait. We ordered salmon that was spicy (salmon and side of rice) , create your own pasta that was good, penne rĆŗstica (good) , pasta with meatballs for kids (spicy) and kids Alfredo pasta. Sadly its not how Macaroni grill was.
