Ordered a seafood dish, and everything but the scallops were seriously overdone. Worse is crab had bone dry spots in the center similar to freezer burn.
Would rather have no crab in the dish than crab I'm just going to throw out.
Avoided most of the dish after that and became a scallop and veggie stir fry to hopefully avoid issues.

I have been eating at Lili Saigon Pho and Grill since 2008, and for over 16 years, the food has never disappointed. The taste remains as delicious as ever, with authentic Vietnamese flavors that are consistent with each visit. The pho is always perfectly seasoned, and the variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone. Whether it’s a quick meal or a sit-down experience, the quality and taste have stayed remarkable over the years. Highly recommend it to anyone craving great Vietnamese food.

First time trying Pho and loved it. Went there with my girlfriend for the first time and wasn’t sure what to order. So we just ordered pho with chicken and vegetables. It was amazing and will definitely be back.👍

The owners are super nice and work very hard to provide good food and service. Pho broth is good and clear, stir fried noodles are kid approved and yummy. My faves there are beef wrapped in betel leaves ( bò lá lốt) and dry clear noodles (hủ tiếu nam vang khô).
Service May be a bit slow but with not enough employees it’s understandable and not unique to this place. Food should be enjoyed at a leisurely pace anyhow.

The food is okay. The restaurant isn't very clean, the seats were dirty, the walls were dirty, and the inside didn't smell clean either.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews, though we didn't go in to see the atmosphere of the restaurant. I ordered the chicken pho and my partner got the combo rice plate. Both were hot on arrival, the veggies seemed fresh and the flavor was phenomenal!! Some of the best pho broth I've had. We will for sure order again!

One of the best broths, but the sprouts consistently being half rotten is an absolute problem. One of the FIRST things they teach you in food safety is to be EXTRA careful with sprouts.. they break down quick, you can’t fully wash them and they tend to harbor bacteria.Otherwise food is great
Best egg rolls I've ever had. Chicken and rice with fish sauce was excellent.

We used to go here regularly a few years ago (we liked them quite a bit then), and decided to pay a visit again for old times' sake. That was a mistake. Immediately we were greeted with the smell of sewage that was hard to ignore. I think some incense would have helped mask it a little bit, at least. But we decided to give them a chance anyway. The guy working the counter seemed decently nice enough; nothing special, but no complaints about him.The atmosphere was dreary, with no other patrons around (not necessarily in their control so they get a pass on that). The walls were visibly dirty with webs in the corners, and hardly any visibly interesting decorations (ironically the only thing you could see was a best of award, from 2009.. FIFTEEN YEARS AGO.), to at least lighten the mood. The Boba was undercooked and mealy. The spring rolls were dry and bland. The pho broth had a decent enough taste (a little Campbell's tasting, but passable), but there was hardly any meat in there in ratio to the noodles. My wife ordered an egg noodle bowl with pork, and the pork tasted very old. They also forgot to put any eggs or wontons into the soup as it was advertised. The prices were as high as ever, but the quality has taken a depressing nose-dive. Not worth the price for the quality you get.I guess the eclectic set of crackheads walking around the shopping center made things slightly interesting if you're into people-watching.I hate to say it, but we couldn't get out of there fast enough, and we won't be coming back.

Let me preface, I've worked in various kitchens for decades. So, the chicken dumplings/pot stickers turned out to be deep fried pre made dumplings. They could have at least steamed them, and or pan fried them. I also ordered the beef Kung Pao. Unfortunately I received chicken sauted with a ton of vegetables and almost no sauce. The man who greeted me was very friendly and nice, but that's the only good point I can report about this restaurant. Not worth the 25$!!
