EXCELLENT SERVICE from Bo. Was in for Father's Day and the place was packed. The food didn't knock my socks off, save for the ribs which really did fall right off the bone. But decent food tastes much better when you feel like you are taken care of by the service!! Welcoming and witty, Bo struck the perfect balance between giving enough space to breathe and being ready to jump in and help when needed.

Our steaks were very good and well prepared. Aiden provided good service as well. The comfort level was where they fell short for me. The tables were so creamed together with people sitting in chairs, it made it almost impossible to get out. It was like a maze trying to find enough space between any two tables to get to the door. Neither one of us are large people and I can't even imagine what difficulty a large person would have.
Do better for comfort, Salt Grass.

Came in on New Year’s Eve with a reservation! They said it would be a moment to be seated. A moment means a very short, indefinite period of time. Well 10 minutes later I asked I am just checking when I would be seated. I was told they were trying to get tables cleaned. I said I did have a reservation. Again waited another 15 minutes a total of 25 minutes and then they called my name. I asked the hostess seating me what the issue was and they said we are really busy. I said with a reservation it takes 25 minutes to be seated. She could not answer my question stared at me very flustered and walked away. I noticed when she made her way back up to the hostess stand she talked about me to her co workers because they all turned around and stared at me. Very rude and unprofessional at this establishment. My server was excellent and made the night way better. I do know what happened now that I read the other reviews from here. One person wrote I walked in on New Year’s Eve and was seated immediately and they were surprised. People came in here on New Year’s Eve with no reservation and were seated immediately and the people with reservations had to wait because the hostess stand did not know how to manage tables because they assumed people were going to get up from their tables quicker then they thought. So it made all their reservations had to wait. This is the reason you make a reservation to not wait an additional 30 minutes. Management needs more control over there hostess stand. I should have brought this up to your manager that I spoke to about your dine in rewards but I did not. I would love to come back to this establishment because everything else was great except for table management.

Love taking my family to dinner here. One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. Amazing customer service and very pleasant atmosphere.

The food was good; our steaks were cooked perfectly, and our server was super nice. However, I took off a star because of a few reasons. One, when we came in, it was still over an hour before closing and the hostess had to ask a server about our seating. She directed us to a table and I asked if we could have a booth, and she said there are no available booths, when there was one just across from us. I understand it has to do with assigned servers but there weren't a lot of people left, so can't our server just move one table?? She was already serving the booth next to the available booth (which like I said was just caddy corner to us). No, it wouldn't be confusing because there wasn't any more people in the tables by us. Two, they were out of bread - no biggie but it would've been nice to have a comp appetizer or something. Three, after we've been drinking the water from the pitcher, we noticed floating particles in the water - that was kinda disgusting.

We had the most amazing service tonight. Nick was Phenomenal. Best service we have ever had. We come often. One of our favorite places to eat. He went above and beyond. Brought my husband extra heated towels for his hands after eating his ribs. Best server Ever! Very impressed. It was a crazy busy night too. Will definitely be back and request him personally

Got an order through grub hub delivery . The wedge steakhouse salad was awful looking . It had about a tsp of blue cheese crumbles , even less bacon and too many diced tomatoes. They forgot the dressing too. The cheesecake was suppose to have a strawberry and white chocolate sauce on it with sliced strawberries . It came plain . I am shocked someone thought it was ok to serve a salad looking like this . Did you know if you order through grub hub you have to deal with them on any issues . Grub hub was great . Very easy process to file a grievance . Refunded my money promptly even the tip . I felt bad about that because the delivery driver was fast and did nothing wrong . I wanted to still tip him. Saltgrass was very apologetic as well .

Great service. Quick with all of our requests and the food did not take long to come. Once it was ordered. They made a suggestion and when the diner didn't like it, they offered to switch it out with something else. Like I said, great service.
