Gotten take out twice; first time all was great. Food was really good. Called in an order of spaghetti thinking of the homemade noodles. Did not order Vermicelli. Got home to find the really thin noodles. Had to drive back to exchange for the correct homemade noodles. The guy just had to make the point that we ordered the thin noodles. We did NOT order Vermicelli which is the thin noodles. A fairly new business with great food, but ruining it with an arrogant attitude and horrible customer service. A side note: the actual prices are 50% more than prices cited online.

Food good, portions large, but a little pricey considering they also hit you with their credit card fee.

This is a good neighborhood restaurant with really service-oriented staff. It's not a cool hip downtown place, but a solid neighborhood place with good ambience. I called for the first time for carryout shortly after I moved to the area and had been unpacking all day and was starving to the point of almost being in tears when I called 3 other restaurants and found out they closed at 7:30 or 8pm. I called Sanos 10 minutes before close and they were more than happy to help me and I was SO grateful.Their chicken parm is really legitimate. At many places the chicken parm often tastes like mostly fried with a little chicken. Sanos chicken parm is a HUGE amount of chicken, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside every time. The price is a decent value including bread and salad. The manicotti with meatball is great cheesy winter comfort food. This place is a step up from most neighborhood restaurants and the people actually care about serving you dinner, like it genuinely matters to them.

Cute little spot, has a homey feel and very welcoming. Staff was friendly, service fast (we arrived at 4pm) and the food was delicious! I tried the homemade noodles, have never had them before so I don’t have anything to compare to but it was still very good! Serving size is on the larger size which we loved, salad is a little on the smaller side but still very good. The bruschetta was ahhhmazing!!! Best we’ve had! We’ll definitely be back!
I had wanted to try this restaurant. We had a wonderful Italian restaurant in Dallas that we adored and hadn't found that here. Tonight we tried it and loved it so much we bought a container of sauce home. Spectacular polenta, chicken parm, spaghetti. We will be back. My new favorite. Thankfully we live close.

Ordered carry out for dinner- one of the BEST meatball subs I’ve ever had. Seriously, order it and thank me later.
