sarah is so sweet her customer service is great. The food is nice hot fresh delicious, and fast. They really care about customer satisfaction and they are good hard people. The food is made with love. 10/10

This is your new favorite pizza place! Yes, it is expensive, but guess what? It is TOTALLY worth every penny. Always friendly staff and the food is dynamite! Way better than any of the chain pizza places.

They also offer vegan options which is amazing since we have a friend who is vegan. Whenever they are in town, it makes dinner easy! Thank you Sarpino's for the amazing quality and diverse options!!!

I am writing this review in regards to third party carriers such as Uber & DoorDash drivers. This establishment has very UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. If picking up during rush hour(s) i would highly advise not picking up from this restaurant . They will first try to blame you for not wanting to wait (not true) told that to the customer. Then blame you for stealing ( told me to my face). Then try to threaten you with your job at uber or doordash. This was the Italian lady that seems to run the place, who was yelling at her employees at the same time. You cannot run this business under pressure and conducted yourself very unprofessionally not only with your customers but with the people who help you deliver. Horrible service this sunday 9/14/25

If I could give less than one star I would. We decided to try a new place tonight and we instantly regretted it! The calzone was way too spicy, the meat was hard to bite in to and we were given one tiny cup of marinara sauce. The chicken wings were so dry and tasteless and came with no kind of sauce. After being completely disappointed with the main meal we thought at least the cheese cake should be good… it was HORRIBLE! It has no taste and was frozen. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! What a waste of over 50.00. Lesson learned.

Placed a phone order for pick up at 7 pm on a Sunday night. Arrived at 7:40 pm. They never made the order. had to wait another 30 to get the order. While waiting, we witnessed an older man just sitting in the kitchen and a young man making pizza boxes on the front counter without wearing gloves. The environment was chaotic. Our food was horrible. Stay away.

We absolutely love Sarpinos! The pizza is delicious and they have a ton of great vegan options. We may or may not have finished an entire order of cheesy bread before getting home the last time we picked up from there… very highly recommended! They also have free delivery if you order from their website which is so convenient.

I know it is a cliché, but this is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. I wish there were a way to put into words how good their food is, but the only real way to understand it is to taste it yourself. You just have to try it to believe me.

Even the cheese sticks are on another level. My wife started eating them on the drive home and said, “I have literally never eaten this many cheese sticks in my life.” She usually does not eat a lot, but she chowed DOWN on those cheese sticks.

I was going to say the only negative thing about this place is that I have to get in my car to go there, but their free delivery (if ordered through their website) solves that problem. Seriously, folks. Everyone likes pizza. Make this your hub.

I’m only reviewing the service as of now because I’ve not received my ordering yet, but I would love to say that Samir and Jaden provided some of the most amazing customer service I received in quite a while. Their extra effort has earned you my business exclusively. I recommend anyone who is tired of feeling neglected as a customer check out what amazing service in the kindness that they offer is Sarpinos Westminster.

Nice people. First time there. It seemed a little disorganized and they were training someone. Owner running around the back with a pair of pliers. Pizza was OK. Marguerite pizza either had tiny specs of basil or none at all...hard to tell.
