Scalzotto Italian Restaurant Westminster

We have always enjoyed our meals at Scalzotto. We had the pork shank/risotto and lobster ravioli/shrimp specials. Jeremy provided excellent service.

You must be kidding! I made reservations online on December 21st for two for December 25th. Your sight showed you were serving dinner from 4-9pm. I received a confirmation for the reservations. On December 24th I looked at your website again and it showed the same Christmas hours. I then called your restaurant and was told, no you were not open on Christmas. I asked why I was allowed to make reservations and she said it's a new system and the glitches hadn't been worked out yet. On Christmas I received a text reminder of my upcoming reservations later that day. Now, today I received yet another text asking me to review my visit to your restaurant. I have been to your restaurant several times and heard it closed and then reopened with a new menu. There is absolutely no excuse for running a business like this. I fractured my arm and was going to treat my friend to a nice dinner in appreciation for her help while I've been incapacitated. I've told several friends about my experience with your restaurant and they in turn will be telling their friends! On your second attempt to provide a nice restaurant in our area, you have failed again.
** This is my reply to your response: At no time have I received a phone call from your restaurant nor was there a voicemail left. Also, when I called your restaurant on the 24th I received no offer of a complimentary dessert or anything else.

Monica is absolutely the best. She’s very attentive and I have a child who is Ana to dairy and she completely understood my concerns and made me feel heard regardless of anything else the night had to offer she simply was the best. 10/10. I order from Scalzotto at least twice a month. Food is always great, but they've really stepped up their game lately. Updated menu is wonderful. Best Italian restaurant in the area.

The place was clean but the server an older gentleman, was very dry and I had to repeat the order a few times, bad experience, bad. I am black and my wife latina, someone mentioned something on a previous review about a possible bias. I hope thats not true

Absolutely spectacular food. The service was great, the pear ravioli was sublime. The filling and the honey sauce were out of this world. The flavors were a party on the palate. and those squash blossoms... to die for ❤️. Will absolutely be back. Husband also loved his pizza.

Bad customer service restaurants was empty when I walked in and still took 15 min to even ask me what to drink? Won't recommend it if there's prejudiced people
