We arrived and immediately told we would have to wait 30 minutes to order. At that point we would have just left but we were there for a fundraiser, so we waited. After 30 minutes, she took our order. We waited another 42 minutes for our food. When we got our food, my burger was burnt, fries that I ordered were missing. The restaurant was dirty, tables were not wiped down, overflowing trash cans, drink station, dirty. Will never go back

This place gets worse and worse every time. I payed 23 dollars for a sandwich they forgot my bacon. Refried old fries just hard and tasteless! Don’t come here!

Today our visit to this location at 144th & Orchard Pkwy was not good. There were only two employees working. They were out of lettuce. But the worst part was the over-salted meat!! My mouth is burning with every bite. And when I reported the problem to the worker, he offered no compensation. Smashburger used to be reliably good. But the last few times I have been disappointed in the food - always too salty - and the cleanliness is not usually good either. The consistency in food quality is poor and unreliable. And for the price? I may not choose it again.

Raymond was quick and courteous the second we walked in! He was ready for us to order and they had the food ready and fresh before I even finished washing my hands! Ranch was a little watery but the burger and fries were so fantastic you didn't even need it
