We chose to eat here because our daughter heard they had dairy free shakes. She ordered the Oreo and we all thought it had an odd taste to it. The staff was very nice and let her trade it out. The dairy free peanut butter shake was delicious. Her hamburger with everything on it was yummy, and hubby's brisket sandwich was even better. Unfortunately, my Swiss mushroom burger was a big disappointment. The Swiss was skimpy and there was only a few mushrooms and hardly any special sauce. I should have asked for more of everything, considering the price. But, I didn't. I just went up to the counter and splurged with a $5.00 order of sweet potato fries to satisfy my hunger.

The most disappointing Smashburger experience I've ever had; The restaurant is a mess, the menus aren't working, and the service was abysmal.I ordered two burgers, one with a gluten free bun. After I had already paid for it, I was informed that they were out of gluten free buns, and offered me a lettuce wrap instead. Having already paid, I begrudgingly accepted the lettuce wrap, but asked for a refund on the GF bun upcharge. After 5 minutes on the phone while fumbling with the point of sale, the worker refunded me for the entire burger. I assumed the full refund was for my trouble, as many food service businesses would do. However, when my food was finally ready, they had not prepared the substitute burger at all, leaving me with no food and without the time to wait for anything new to be prepared.

The food was good but it's $2 more for a gluten free bun which is kind of rough. Other than that it was quite good.
Do NOT use this location for catering orders! They cancelled our order on the day of (by text message) when we were schedule to host a party that was feeding 50+ people. When we went in to figure out how to remedy it the cook and staff was very rude and did nothing to make it right.

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. Nothing special. Took 29 minutes to get my order. 3 people behind me got their orders before. While waiting i observed the line cook bagging food but not calling out names. Comstomers had to go up to him and ask for their order. Terrible service. If you can wait 30 minutes for "fast food" just go to a sit down restaurant.
The food is fine but the place is always dirty and not well maintained.

We ordered takeout this evening, a Thursday. When we arrived to pick up the order there was no one else in the restaurant, besides 6 employees standing around. We were handed our order and it was 1 burger and 3 milkshakes short. When we got home, my son was halfway through his kid’s cheeseburger when I noticed the middle was incredibly pink. I am very disappointed by this location and plan to go elsewhere next time.

Was the most disgusting item ever served to me. Didn't even try to bite the wet mush. Just threw it in the trash. HUGE mistake ordering take out here.
