Wow! I am immuno-compromised AND caring for my 90 year old father, who has zero immune system. I did a click list order for 9am, got to your store at 9:30. There were 6 cars ahead of me in line to get a click list space. I timed it. In 45 minutes, three orders were brought out. I estimated that at that pace, with at least 8 people ahead of me, I would be there for 2 more hours. WTF? I initially parked in the handicap spot closest to the door they work out of. Then I called to get the order. They said that the manager said we couldn’t do that. Yet, they delivered one order to somebody not in the click list spots. Another person cut the line, parked across from clicklist, opened their back hatch, and weren’t told to move. Because my father was alone at home, I had to leave. I called them back and told them to call me when I can be in and out in 30 minutes or less. I expect to either never get the call or get it so late that I won’t get half of my order because they are picking the merch as people get into the clicklist spots. What a cluster. Have you considered closing this service to all but seniors and us immunocompromised people? I cannot go in a store. Also, they were not wearing masks. Very poor management, very poor customer service. This is my home store. Grocery workers are heroes, but I expect they are getting yelled at by most customers. You can do better than this!

Two and a half hour wait to have my grocery order brought out to my car! Order pickup was delayed four hours from originally-scheduled pickup time, then having to wait 2.5 hours? I could have done the shopping myself in less than half the time, but because I am a senior with compromised health, I thought I’d give it a try. Never again - first time, last time!
