It's always terrible when I go to this location. It seems like every time I stop here something is messed up. Last time we went my husband ordered a burrito asked for green chillis and the person taking the order didn't add them.

I placed an order online to be ready by 1:05 but they didn't get it to me until 1:20 about. I placed it online so I could be on time to where I was headed. They aren't great with being on time, especially when placed ahead of time!

I wish I could give them no stars because my experience was really disappointing. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, but what I got was just ice water with strawberries sitting at the bottom. It wasn't even close to what I normally get! When I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she didn’t seem interested at all. It felt like she didn’t care about my experience. Honestly, today was the worst service I've ever had at Sonic. Westminster Sonic, you need to do better...
