This definitely does not look like how it is advertised. I will never come back. The drink was watered down and had a disgusting taste. No whipped cream or strawberry syrup on the top. What a shame

I come here for the drinks. I'm not so much into there food some things are good and I never have got a real good shake either there always not mixed enough with a less than appealing amounts of toppings..except the orange cream I drink that was limited over the 24' summer that was great..and the drinks on point but typically only go on extremely hot days or which a half price promo code or in app deal

I ordered from door dash .when it got picked up they made no attempt to get the right items to the driver. I called they said he picked it up but its not thier fault its door dashes. No accoutablity on it was not given to him when he picked it up. Im so pissed . I called again after they sent it with him for the 2 nd time.as of this post i still have not recueved my food4 hrs later

Why are the fries sweet? Why are they so stingy with napkins? The burger was sub-par and slopy. The chicken was dry and flavorless. And, the kid who walked our food out had a personality that could only be compared to wet cat food. I definitely won't come here again. Or any other Sonic for that matter.

Just leaving a cut and paste from the email I just sent to corporate. I believe it speaks for itself and highlights one of the many reasons these places shouldn't skate by having teenagers supervise themselves.
"I just left your location at 10051 Wadsworth Pkwy, Westminster, CO 80021 after having been refused service. The location is open until 11:00pm and the time I began writing this email is 10:58pm, after having to Google your email address, for time reference. I attempted to order in the app at 10:30pm and was informed via popup at CHECKOUT that the location was no longer taking online orders. So, I drove the less than 2 miles to the location and got in their drive-thru at 10:45pm. There were 2 vehicles in front of me, which both proceeded to the window after ordering. When we got to the speaker at 10:49, we were informed "We are closed. You'll have to try again tomorrow." My husband argued that they are open for 10 more minutes and we have been waiting in line, to which we responded logically that we had BEEN there and waiting in line. He claimed the vehicles he served ahead of us were online orders picking up. That isn't relevant since, 1) I tried to order online AND 2) I arrived at the ("FAST" food) location 15 minutes prior to actual closing. This is simply unacceptable and inconsistent, untrustworthy, rule business is not business I will continue to do business with. Employees like that can ruin an entire venture for you, just to be aware."

It's a decent place for a cheap lunch but not a favorite. The outside seating area was clean, ordering was smooth, and the food came out hot and quick. Most items are just OK but certainly not bad for the price.

Worst sonic every time I go there they always forget something and then when I DoorDash sometimes it will come from This store and this morning I had placed an order through DoorDash and my driver texted me saying the store didn’t have the order yes the order was 5 things but why not just make it and not be lazy they get paid to do absolutely nothing mind you the door dash representative said they should have gotten it
Who doesn't love a chili cheese dog and a slushie??? Love coming here. The tater tots are fried and soooo yummy!

My total was $9.95 I gave $20.95. should have been easy change. I had knock on the window TWICE to get change that was even close. The first time was $5 with ones. The second was an additional 3$ voluntary. I finally got $10 in the end. I was still shorted. He never once opened the cash drawer to get us the change. He had the change, in ones, one the register. He knew what he was doing. Don't use cash here!! Super unethical.
