A little after 6 I put a order in on app and went to collect it and the lady on the intercom has terrible customer service. She tells me she just got my order and is working on it in a nasty tone then goes silent. There’s a reason I use app, and that’s not to talk to rude people like that.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE place ! They don't give you what you pay for or ask for !!!!!! Super disgusting!!!!!!!! I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and I don't know what this lady gave me but I know for sure what she gave me wasn't what I asked for !!!!!!!!? DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!!!!!!

Came in at 4 pm to get the "red" cup and they said they ran out at 9 am. Pretty poor management of a promotion. Starbucks has really gone downhill since new management.

Everybody was friendly and everything I got was great! The reason for my review is the outstanding service that I received from Peyton she went above and beyond and was just so amazing!! I will make sure to come back to this store in particular because of my great treatment from her!

So first of all, kudos to the drinks team. They were cracking them out and doing a great job. They were completely sabotaged by the individual making food.
I watched this person continually touch their face, hair, blow their nose, put their hands IN their literal mouth, and prepare my food all without ever once washing their hands. They made up for it by moving at an absolute snails pace. My drink was made and on the counter for six to ten minutes before my food. Yeah, think I'm good on skipping this meal.

An employee named Eli was slamming the food down, not just with us, but with everyone overall. He was giving an attitude to the people ordering and seemed very disinterested and aggressive with his approach towards the customers. This is our first time having a negative experience at this particular Starbucks.
It was pretty refreshing to walk in and see a fully staffed lobby, and everyone was so chipper! Multiple people greeted me, and they were all so friendly. 10/10 staff this Friday the 13th!

I always have a pleasant experience at my neighborhood Starbucks and my visit last week stuck out to me! I didn't catch the name of the cashier, but he mentioned he had just started and he left a lasting impression as you all were out of the pumpkin item I ordered and he handled the situation with such grace!
