Wow, that was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in years. As a regional manager at a similar concept I have to say I was blown away by the level of hospitality here. They brought food and drinks out to guests sitting in the lobby, everyone genuinely interacted with the guests and elevated every experience. I go to many Starbucks and I’ll be going out of my way to return here. Great job team. The leaders here deserve a raise.

Genuinely had an odd experience this morning. I usually will work at a local Starbucks while I’m on the road, always getting quite a few rounds of coffee throughout the day. With this particular location, I walked in and sat down my computer for about 10 minutes before I had an employee come up and ask if I planned on purchasing anything with them today.
I also work in food service, so I can differentiate between a passive aggressive request and a genuine one. Considering I’ve been there only about 10 minutes, this was a weird interaction. I ended up leaving to go spend my money elsewhere. I won’t give any details on the employee, but those who come in to do work at Starbucks tend to be the highest spends on daily basis. Doesn’t seem very smart to alienate them within 10 minutes.

Came here for the holiday drop, arrived at 4am. Little blonde kid with the keys to the store lied to my face saying they didn’t get some of the merchandise in that I was looking for.
Went back the next day through the drive through and the Asian lady told me they did get what I was looking for but it sold out instantly??
How did it sell out when I was the first person in line and no one else was there, even before your employers opened the store?
Rude and unprofessional. Also you guys can never make the drinks right here. Won’t be back.

I end up in a lot of Starbucks, especially when I'm traveling for business, but I have NEVER experienced such a warm welcome! When I walked in, and every customer after me, every team member who wasn't actively talking to a customer turned and greeted us as if we were a friend they hadn't seen in a long time. Great experience!

Drinks are food are like any other Starbucks so nothing special to note on that. But the staff at this location is always super friendly! I am a regular here and the service is always top notch. That is what keeps me coming back to this location.
