Traci is the best barista!
Stopped in to this store because I was getting my hair done. Drive through was backed up so i went in. I orderd a cannonball and a slice of chocolate pistachio un warmed to eat later. Well its later and no cake to eat. Horrible service and mad i paid for something i never got.

4 people working one person making drink.
Other three just crossing their hands standing around. Made the first drink and waited another five minute for the second drink.
This now the second time I have attempted to go to this location and the second time I have been burned. Both times I ordered drinks I have had at many locations over many years and both times they were the worst drinks I have had. Whoever their baristas are clearly do not know the recipes, they skipped the flavour both times. Do not order their seasonal options at this location they have no idea how to make them. I’m sure their normal menu items are fine but they don’t know the seasonal ones at all and they charge a premium price for them. Customer service also leaves something to be desired at this location.
music is always obnoxiously loud
The employees were not friendly and couldn't even stop having a personal conversation in the middle of serving customers. Then, add to it that they couldn't make a drink without over-pouring milk so it was basically a cup of milk with a shot in it. Very unimpressed.

Emma went above and beyond. I preordered my drinks at 120th and I-25 accidentally, rather than 136th and I-25. When I was told that my order was not at this location, I was bummed because I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to drive to the other location. Emma was so kind, offering to make my drinks there as I was rushing off to work. She really turned my morning around with her kindness, willingness and overall attitude. I will be so grateful for Emma as she really took it upon herself to help me. Thank you Emma, I appreciate you! ☕️

I don’t know if this was a racial thing but the service at the Starbucks was absolutely insane. I mean, NA and I ordered a drink for one of my workers and they got a hot drink with coleslaw on it. That’s completely normal. I go to Dutch Bros all the time there’s no problem the shift manager Michaela was very snappy with her attitude on the intercom and then when I got to the window, she did not want to talk to me. She completely ignored me. My drink tastes, Horrible When she came to the window. She was just being very hostile and loud with me. I got a picture just to show how funny she is.

I came to this location’s drive thru today and was told if I want a London Fog Latte that I can order it but I won’t be able to use the drive thru and I would need to park in the parking lot for five minutes and then come inside to get my order. I sat in the parking lot for several minutes before entering the drive thru and not a single car went thru nor was there anyone behind me, so they weren’t exactly too busy to serve me.
The girl who works the drive through was very rude. She snatched my money from my hand and then when she handed my food she just shut the window. Didn't ask if I wanted a napkin or anything. Starbucks prides themselves on friendly customer service and I didn't not receive this today.
