Emma went above and beyond. I preordered my drinks at 120th and I-25 accidentally, rather than 136th and I-25. When I was told that my order was not at this location, I was bummed because I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to drive to the other location. Emma was so kind, offering to make my drinks there as I was rushing off to work. She really turned my morning around with her kindness, willingness and overall attitude. I will be so grateful for Emma as she really took it upon herself to help me. Thank you Emma, I appreciate you! ☕️

I don’t know if this was a racial thing but the service at the Starbucks was absolutely insane. I mean, NA and I ordered a drink for one of my workers and they got a hot drink with coleslaw on it. That’s completely normal. I go to Dutch Bros all the time there’s no problem the shift manager Michaela was very snappy with her attitude on the intercom and then when I got to the window, she did not want to talk to me. She completely ignored me. My drink tastes, Horrible When she came to the window. She was just being very hostile and loud with me. I got a picture just to show how funny she is.

I came to this location’s drive thru today and was told if I want a London Fog Latte that I can order it but I won’t be able to use the drive thru and I would need to park in the parking lot for five minutes and then come inside to get my order. I sat in the parking lot for several minutes before entering the drive thru and not a single car went thru nor was there anyone behind me, so they weren’t exactly too busy to serve me.

The girl who works the drive through was very rude. She snatched my money from my hand and then when she handed my food she just shut the window. Didn't ask if I wanted a napkin or anything. Starbucks prides themselves on friendly customer service and I didn't not receive this today.

Don’t come here if you want a hard time for them fixing an issue they made. I was late back to lunch as I placed a mobile order 11 minutes before arriving and it was not done. It took another 12 minutes for my drink to be done after getting my sandwich. I come back the next day, as I’m not coming at 8:30pm after my shift and I was told I needed to come back same day. It was not professional on how this was dealt with, especially a good paying customer.

Ordered ham and cheese croissant. It doesn't take much to purchase flake croissants. Rubbery and clearly microwaved.

Avery saw us 2 times today and was absolutely kind and funny every time we saw her. This was also when they were super busy. She even helped me choose if I should modify my drink and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone had such a good energy and it was a very enjoyable experience.

Does not make the drinks right. Will lie to your face. We ordered a refresher base only drink no water and no ice and it came out watered down. Girl came out and swore up and down she didn't put any water in it. When they finally remade the color and taste was right, the manager or whoever the black apron is came out to lecture us about how the color isn't a reliable indicator amd demanded we leave behind the watered down drink, as if we were complaining to get free drinks. Make your drinks right the first time and you wouldn't have customers asking you to remake it? Employees are very rude.

Not sure if this location is under new management but had the worst experience. We always make large orders for our office and always get treated great. Today it is snowing the day before Thanksgiving, we wanted to treat our employees with Starbucks. We placed an order online when picking the order up I was told we couldn't get it through the drive through and we had to go in. I went in to the store and asked why we had to go in. I was in a rude way told that they could not pass so many drinks through the drive through. I was given cupholders so that I can put my drinks in the cup holders my self, no straws or stoppers placed on drinks. Our office will definitely be placing orders through a different location. With the holidays coming up, As a business, it is important to be kind and make it easier for the customer, not harder. It is also important for employees to realize the way they talk to somebody.
