My Tall white chocolate mocha cup of coffee was only 2/3 of the cup. Even with the whipped cream on top, it barely came to the rim. For the price that they charge they could at least fill the cup

It was pretty busy when I arrived and I had ordered ahead for an at store pick up. Despite how busy they were, the barista still greeted me warmly, which I appreciated! Order was made correctly. Overall, good experience.

We were with my 5 year old and his grandparents and were enjoying our coffee and pastries. 5 year old was having a normal ‘loud’ conversation with his grandparents and was very excited when the staff member came over and rudely interrupted us and asked that we be quieter because it was upsetting the staff (NOT the customers). Kids are noisier than normal adults without a doubt, but this was just rediculous… don’t take your kids here

On a roadtrip and had to stop for coffee I ordered a decaf pumpkin Frappuccino with oatmilk, because I am pregnant and cannot have coffee, my husband ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, the only thing the lady got right was substituting oatmilk in my drink, she asked if i still wanted whipped cream, i said yes and when we got to the window she gave us the drinks without espresso, without whipped cream and she didn’t make my drink decaf. When I said I asked for whipped cream she slammed the drive thru door shut which is very disrespectful and disgusting. We did not want to go back through because there was already a long line behind us and i didnt want to be disrespected like that again i am very disappointed and will never come back.

I will NEVER buy coffee from Starbucks again in my life. I basically just spent 7 dollars for a cup of ice. I expect coffee and a good amount of it for that price. This is unacceptable.
