Went here in morning all I can say is terrible service. The short, overweight girl with glasses was constantly whining and made the whole experience unbearable. Not to mention the other big headed girl had the craziest attitude. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.

This Starbucks is a complete disaster. The staff is incredibly disorganized, and the service is painfully slow. They take one order at a time, make the drink, then come back to the register for the next order, causing unnecessary delays. If you’re in a hurry or value your time, avoid this place at all costs

I have been an avid starbucks drinker for so many years, I even worked at starbucks. I don't think I've received worse customer service. We got our drinks, did our shopping and returned for our refills. At first, the girl I was speaking to didn't know how to ring up a refill and tried telling me they don't do those. Then someone else came up to help, but then tried telling me they could only do hot coffee or hot tea, not iced tea (because it is made differently so it's more expensive). I tried to be pleasant enough but it's frustrating trying to argue the rules with kids who obviously don't know starbucks' policies. They ended up walking away and ignoring me and after a few minutes I asked them if they were going to make our drink. They said the manager was coming but never informed me. So disappointed with the rudeness and snottiness of the employees and never did receive our refills.

How is this location still operating? Terrible customer service and careless employees. Cooperate with just a “I’m sorry to hear about this” wont do it. Get an actual leader who is willing to bring the best into this store and location. Sincerely - the Orchard/Westminster community
This is hands down the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks, and I have been a loyal customer for decades. The barista who rang up my drink gave me a hard time about getting the personal cup discount because it was "only 10 cents", then made up a rule that Target Starbucks charges to add creamer to coffee, which I knew was not true. She sighed and rolled her eyes at me multiple times for no reason. Clearly she hates her job and likes taking it out on customers, which is simply delightful. When I went back to get an iced coffee refill, a different barista was extra nice to me since she saw that the first one gave me such grief. I really appreciated her, which is why this review isn't the lowest possible. Just shows how one person can make or break a customer's day and experience. Be kind since you have no clue what another person may be going through.
