I’ve had ongoing issues with this Starbucks location when ordering through the app. Almost every time I order a food item, it turns out to be unavailable but there’s no way for me to know that in advance which means I end up waiting for something that’s not coming, only to then wait in line just to get a refund or change my order. It makes the convenience of using the app feel pointless. Further, staff don’t seem to realize this and are often very short with me when explaining they are out of xyz item which makes my point experience more awkward and stressful. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and communication.

I can’t say enough great things about Ezra! She is hands down the kindest, most positive person, and she truly makes every visit special. She’s always at the window, and it honestly feels like she works every shift because I see her there so often, always bringing the same incredible energy.
Her attention to detail and customer service are unmatched! not just for me, but for everyone I see her interact with. This level of care isn’t always the norm at other Starbucks locations, which is why I go out of my way to come to this one. Ezra’s warmth personality make such a difference, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the amazing experience she provides every time.
If you want great coffee and a genuinely uplifting interaction, this is the place to go, especially when Ezra is working!

Worst customer service experience ever!!! These girls that work at this location are so rude and so unpleasant on top of very unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! I came in with my Kids to order three Frappuccino's and I asked for two Trenta ice waters and they have the nerve to say no we can not give you waters that size we can do a tall water. And I asked why they told me because we are almost out of that size. And I seen they had plenty of that size of cups! Like are you kidding me? I am paying customer and you are going to tell me we can't hav we waters? I never had that happen to me before at a Starbucks we will never come to this location again
My son okays hockey across the street. I tried going to Caribou coffee who closed at 5pm?!?!? Suddenly remembered the Starbucks across the way and BONUS they have a drive thru! Way to save they day!

I don’t WANT to leave a good review because this is my daily coffee shop and I don’t want more people to know it’s a hidden gem. Nearly always I’m in and out in 5min with fast service even during morning rush. All the servers are working hard but still good, friendly folks. Really don’t go here unless you like those things. ?

The Barista working the drive thru told me "the less interaction with people the better. " After I had her scan my app and then paid with my phone- I was told I could do that at the same time. Which I originally was going to pay with cash but couldn't find my wallet which is why I presented my phone again to pay. You are working.... your whole job is to interact with customers. My cake pop was smeared and my coffee lid was not on all the way and spilled all over my white shirt when I drank it.
