Oh, how utterly shocking that someone wouldn’t want to embrace the chaos! Clearly, the delightful vibes the lady was radiating last Friday at 4:25 pm were simply too overwhelming for anyone to handle. Who wouldn’t want to dive headfirst into that charming disorder? How dare Rude even think about wanting a little bit of order! Truly appalling!

Stopped at another Starbucks drive thru yesterday and they got my order wrong. Which I didn’t realize until I was 10 mins away. Stopped in to this Starbucks and they were SOOO great to fix my drink. So kind! Coming to this location always! Thank you!! ?

This location can get very very busy, with the drive through lane extending out into the road. Maybe it’s due to the excellent service at this location.

Idiot cashier didn't even bother to see if he could make a sale, just said "Nope can't take your cash." Glad it's not the only coffee shop within a 10 minute walk, might have hurt my feel goods otherwise.
If you're going to operate a business selling food and drinks, might want to make sure you can actually take their money first.

Went inside stood there for probably a good two minutes without being acknowledged, and two employees were just standing around. Walked out. Only use the drive up at this one. Otherwise, they will ignore you.

Needed warmed milk for my little one in a pinch. They warmed it perfectly to my specified temperature. I also snagged a well-made coffee for Mommy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love most of the people here but Mella needs to go. She refuses to wear a name tag. Im on the spectrum and have a hard time with names. This time last year i was having a hard time remembering her name. So i asked her. I thought that it would be ok. Mella apparently thought i was hitting on her. She kept mentioning her husband every chance possible. Next she came in with a huge hickey on her neck as if to show me. Like i care. Then her husband was making appearances at starbucks. Never seen him before or after that. That was so weird and creepy. I was in a relationship of my own at the time. My girl and i would joke and call her hickey girl. Since then mella gives me dirty looks when i come through the door, fills my tea to the tippy top so that theres no room for honey or creamer. Today she threw my money back at me and told me to be quiet. I replied really mella, your gonna tell me to be quiet? She said well your mumbling. I replied then dont you mean speak up? Im sick of the disrespect from her. Im a customer, not one of her friends. Ive been coming to this store for about 15 years. It starts when i walk through the door with the death glare from mella. Other employees have taken her lead in doing things to make me feel uncomfortable. I started going to another starbucks to start the day off on a better note but this one is right across the street. It shouldnt be this weird. If i did something to deserve this by all means please make me aware of it.
