Passed by the drive thru on Sunday afternoon ordered 2 Frappuccinos the girl taking my order said blended I have never been asked that so we said yes so I pull up to the window to get 2 Frappuccinos with ice cubes I dont know if that's even in the menu but I right away told her the order was wrong so she rolled her eyes and took the Frappuccinos and just proceeded to blend them again with the extra ice cubes that came i don't know from where she after said thats what i ordered I ignored her ignorance cause she was wrong and drove away and on to top it off i had to throw the Frappuccinos away because they were pure ice and no flavor awful service never heard of a Frappuccino with ice cubes but I guess it was my fault

Just came thru the drive thru and had to pay with cash. The lady at the window acted annoyed and kinda rude. Then she gave us back the incorrect amount of money back. She gave us a bunch of $5 and $1's and we were short $5 change. We paid with a $50. SUPER dishonest. Dont know if we want to come back to this location.

Sorry, this location is getting the brunt of a frustration I have with Starbucks in general because I just spilled coffee all over me and my car. Why is this Starbucks’ problem? They fill their cups too damn full!! I picked my drink up and the lid popped off. The cup was filled TO THE BRIM had absolutely NO ROOM at the top. At least it wasn’t so hot as to burn me (which has also happened before). Starbucks - please start training your people to leave some space and do not hand your customers an absolutely full cup of coffee! It creates a bad customer experience! I was so mad I pulled over and dumped the entire cup of coffee (or what was left of it) on the side of the road.

Always had good interactions with the staff, and was a daily regular.

I had thought there was a potential for friendship, took the risk and asked for the barista for their number.

Instead of just telling me "flattered, but no thanks." I now know I was provided the wrong number.

I first thought I had mistakenly heard the number wrong. So when I went back things went horribly wrong. First when I saw the barista and told her, "hey I think I got your number wrong", she told me "one second." and disappeared into the back.

Then the manager came up to me and told me I needed to keep it professional. I thought he was referring to don't be socializing while the person is on the clock. Super Fair.

Then a minute or two later another worker approached me and told me if you are waiting for this barista they are on break in the back and won't be coming out.

That is when reality sank in.

The entire way this was handled, the way I was treated, and the lasting impression this will leave was completely unnecessary, and was horrifically mortifying.

I was never given the courtesy that a misunderstanding could have occurred.

There was no empathy or attempt to clarify, I was simply treated like a creep/predator.

Not only do I feel uncomfortable with ever returning to this location, this was a hugely impactful negative experience.

For someone like myself who is extremely cautious and hesitant to open the door to new friendships, it devastates any future courage to socially connect with new people in the future.

The world is hard enough these days.

This is why men in our culture isolate, and live solitary lives. A life alone is much safer.

The risk and fear of a misunderstanding leading to a situation like this results in damaging emotional scars at best, and the potential for dramatically worse outcomes.

I didn't deserve this, and I have learned my fear, like those of many guys these days is an unfortunately super valid one.

What a horrible experience... lady at the drive thru is horrible. An ugly attitude rude out of nowhere. I'm just buying expensive coffee and she is just rude. She didn't even have a name tag but honestly what terrible place with these entitled people. I Do Not Recommend going here at all
