I order subway through the app for my husband to take to work daily. Today, there was a piece of glass in his sandwich! He bit down into the piece of glass and nearly broke his tooth!!! This is beyond unacceptable. Had he swallowed this it could have caused damage to internal organs. I will be contacting the store and corporate after finishing this post.

Don't come to this subway trying to use a coupon they will not accept them and make you pay full price since their system wont scan them. Lady in the drive through was rude when I asked for a second to grab everyone's order.

This place sucks. Their service has been in the toilet forever. I’m never going there again. They can only handle 1 customer at a time in the drive thru. So if someone is ahead of you, you can’t order till they have their order and driving away. Today was the last straw. Ordered a cold cut trio, the veggie selection wasn’t at the speaker. So they just verbally go thru the list fast. I got home and it was a tuna fish sandwich, not a cold cut trio. How does someone screw that up?????? On second thought, never going to a Subway ever again. Jimmy John’s from now on!!!!

Just watched a customer be very rude and disrespectful to the sandwich artist on shift. After being disrespectful and rude for no reason the sandwich artist handled it professionally and respectfully. The customer ended up leaving before the sandwich was even done. Give them a raise!

The girl who made all 3 of my sandwiches today was either day 1 brand new or high as a kite. On top of moving crazy slow speaking slow and quiet she made weird mistakes that scream I'm not sober. I had to remind her what came on my sandwich and it took a crazy amount of time to make the sandwiches somewhere between 10-15 minutes because the guy working with her had to check my sandwiches to make sure she put the right amount of cheese but I should have had him check the amount of meat slices smfh. The guy working with her was already visibly upset when I came in and he did 2 drive through orders and helped someone with their pick up order before I was ready to cash out. When she put the mayo on the first sandwich she squirted it towards herself and left a giant glob next to the sandwich on the paper then left a giant glob of mayo on the next sandwich and just rolled them up with the mayo all over the outer side of the sandwiches. I had to clean the sandwiches off with paper towels when I opened them up at home. I order the same sandwich everytime my sandwich did not have all the meat I ordered the all American club she only gave me 3 pieces of bacon and the layer of meat was 2 pieces thick tell me I'm crazy but I don't think she put the right amount of meat I had more bread and veggies and sauce than anything else and I don't come here much anymore because the pm crew all except the dude that worked tonight have been horrible. I literally wished I had gone throuh the drive through instead so my sandwiches could have been made properly by the guy instead of whoever that female was. Waste of my money tonight. Literally lost my appetite watching her make my sandwich knowing I'd have to go home and clean my sandwich off of mayo before I can even eat it. Took pics but this don't give me an option to post them. I spent $37.23 for porely made sandwiches. And I don't care if I can make sandwiches at home you can't sit here and say it will taste the same it won't. This location is just going downhill who cares about a remodel can you focus on the employees being terrible??? Sucks this is the closest subway to me.

My favorite subway to go to, like most chains, it's done a huge disservice by the management, presumably district management but do a shame.

You know I’ve worked in the food industry for 17yrs. I have gotten food poisoning from this subway 2 times now and the one thing I want to point out is, this is not only the dirtiest subway I have seen in town, every time I walk in I see workers who clearly do not care about there job or care about how they are handling food. I am disappointed with what I see at this location as I have worked hard at my jobs to clean and maintain the restaurants I have worked in. Now, not that the workers at this location will even care what I am writing but it’s pretty sad that we live in a society where people will read a review like this and write it off to continue working the way that they do. So, not that the employees at this location care but I would hope the company as a whole would care because food poisoning for the second time could cause legal problems. I really hope you can figure it out.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Worst customer service ever!!!!! My son and his girlfriend ordered a pickup order, on the way there, my son had a seizure and was rushed to the ER, resulting in us spending the day at the hospital. All of this took place in their parking lot so no denying they saw something happening that day, and do you think they would refund the kids for their order? It’s a big fat NO from Subway Corporate!!!!! Seriously?!? You’ve just completely lost ALL respect over $22 and I can’t believe this is how you treat your customers! I can’t imagine how you treat your employees!!!
