Food was fine. The employees were what made the experience a 2 star. The moment I went up to the counter to order the man taking my order clearly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He was making very little acknowledgment of my presence and would snap and clearly show signs of frustration when I would tell him what I wanted on my sandwich. Both the man working as well as the other employee were blatantly complaining about how corporate handled things with the establishment. While they are entitled to express their frustration, it was un professional to be expressing this kind of behavior while there are customers in the store. Made the experience not a good one since clearly the people working there didn’t seem to enjoy what they were doing.

I have been a Subway customer for years, and this place is the worst establishment I have ever known. I ordered online, I arrived for it and they made me wait in line to receive my order, I paid for a footlong of chicken and avocado, and it didn't have avocado and it had very little chicken. And on top of that they serve with reluctance, a terrible place, they need new employees. I demanded that they give me some avocado but they didn't want chicken. I pay $16 for this.

I was in there today while some adult child called to complain about his cold meatballs. That wasn't enough and he came to yell at the two young men working behind the counter. He challenged them to a fight and was completely out of line. The two young men working should be commended for their patience, considering how aggressive he was.He ran out of steam once he noticed me and my young son watching us make a _ss out of himself.Tool of the day.Good job fellas, keep being the pros you are.

Every single time we go here for lunch our experience is awful. The employees are rude and disrespectful and have no sense of customer service at all. The store is dirty and when signs are posted about a discount or anything along those lines they do not honor what it says and make up excuses otherwise. Now apparently they do not accept cash either and the lady was very rude about it because "there's too many credit cards now." We always try to give them a chance to prove our opinions wrong but they never do.

I love this location! I hadn’t eaten a subway in a long time as I typically go to Jersey Mikes, but this location is awesome. Now that they slice the meat in store I find the sandwiches are better and fresher. I like the #15 Titanic Turkey that automatically comes with extra meat. It is pricier than it used to be-what what isn’t. Look for coupons in the mail. They have an app now for rewards so it may be worth downloading if you eat at subway often.

Props the the guy that worked by himself on December 3rd, 2023. Was doing the dinner rush all by himself and making online orders and running the store alone. The management sucks for doing that to him. Hopefully next time I come he’s not alone and has the help he needs. Definitely deserves a raise for that.

Honest review. Staff was amazing but damn I waited almost 30 mins for them to make me and my bf a sandwich and we only had one customer infront of us. I'm not sure if they had online orders before us so we just waited patiently. When the guy finally made our sandwich he made it super fast and sloppy and they had chicken in pre-packed cardboard containers, which is illegal and will fail an audit immediately, and I tasted my sandwich and the chicken was mushy like mashed potatoes. That chicken was rotten and old and they were serving it!! I will never eat at any subway locations after this I used to love subway and come here 4 times a week. I don't trust them anymore with their bad rotten chicken ??

This is my favorite Subway location next to the location in my hometown (just a lot of good memories there).The staff is super friendly and always offers small talk or tips to make my next visit easier. Today, they told me if I wanted to eat half and take half, they would wrap it separately for me. I never knew that! Also that the small lid fits the water cup so I can take it to go. :)My food is always phenomenal. You can tell the staff really cares about the ingredient freshness and the quality of the food they put out. This is also one of the few locations that carries the veggie patty, and it tastes so much better than other locations I have been to.I have come for the drive thru once before, and it's subway...it's gonna take a minute. I prefer to go inside instead. The line is usually shorter, and again, the staff up front are so nice.I'm someone who likes to sit and eat my meal before going back to my things. I feel like COVID really took away everyone's willingness to sit and eat in restaurants, which is so unfortunate. I like to take the time to enjoy my meal and slow down for a minute. This location is always very clean and welcoming, though I don't see a big crowd much like I used to.Vegetarian options: They carry the veggie patty!

Food was wrong and when I went back to get it fixed the woman was extremely rude and wouldn't remake it, claiming that she made it correctly the first time. What ever happened to customer service? Plus the sandwich I did get was TRASH. The tomato's were green, lettuce was turning brown. Such a joke.
