This franchisee owner was absolutely atrocious and unprofessional to say the least. I had to ask for a bag for an order. He gave me attitude and was unprofessional in doing so. I will recommend other Subways to my friends who frequent his establishment. Little does this genius know that many people I work with daily are in the service industry. This guy deserves a level of respect that he gives out which is not good.
All in all a totally acceptable subway location. No issues from me.
Zahdea and charlii were absolutely amazing!
I was greeted at the door, they took my order and were so kind and friendly. Definitely a new spot to go for lunch.
They always mess up my online orders here when I order ahead, I really have to stop ordering from this one.
All food wrong. Missing sandwich. Salad not worth 14.00. Terrance the manager said there was nothing they could do. So corporate and uber will be getting calls too
I was almost going to eat here, i do sometimes come here but tonight was especially weird, i walked in at 8:15pm 1/3/2025 and this older woman with blonde dyed hair seemed pretty mad, no greeting and rolling her eyes when i walked in, then I told her I was going to the bathroom and when I came back out she was asking “were you gonna get a sandwich” in a pretty frustrated tone as if it bothered her, I analyzed her body language and then left because I didn’t even feel comfortable with her making my food at that point.

Atmosphere is tense, rushed and rude. Great subway taste poor Servings. I'm talking 3 very thin slices of any veggies avaliable. One small squirt of which ever sauce you choose. Definitely not worth the money.

Would not recommend this place
When I came in for lunch, I was with my friend and ordered a 6” Hotshot Italian. I clearly said which one I wanted to the worker, and I repeated that it was a 23, Hotshot Italian when my friend asked what I ordered. The worker made the hotshot Italian for me, but she put my order in and charged me for the 18, Ultimate BMT. It wouldn’t be a big deal if there wasn’t a price difference of $1.00. When I got my receipt, I saw that it was wrong, and she just dismissed my concern and told me to call corporate, and she acted like there was something wrong with the system, because this is the third time this has happened today. It’s not, this was a human error. However, I’m not going to call corporate to get a $1.00 refund for a sandwich that I didn’t get or order. I’m not a “Karen”, and I know that Subway workers are treated poorly sometimes, so I didn’t want to cause any problems by making what may have been a bad shift for someone even worse. I even wished her a good evening when she left.

This was probably my best Subway experience ever. Terrance did an exceptional job. Our food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared.

The order was not complete. When I ask the missing food, I was mistreated. People serving the place were disgusting and rude. The place is located at 12910 North Zuni Street, Westminster CO.

I filed a complaint on 8/22 and I’ve still received no response. Today I thought I would treat myself to another sandwich since it was my birthday and you offered me coupons. Since my order was ready when I arrived,I had the time to check my sandwich before I left and sure enough I did not receive the double meat that I had paid for. This happens every time I order from the store online. The store is no less than $40 and double meat charges that were never served. When I pointed it out to the employee, she denied it called me a liar and insinuated I didn’t know how to count slices of meat. I pointed out to her that the instructions were written clearly on the receipt and all she had to do was give me what I paid for. She begrudgingly added the meat that she had not prior to me checking the sandwich and told me if I wanted more meat I should’ve just asked. it gets even worse when I get home I discover that she did not include any of the dressings on the sandwich Oil vinegar, mayo mustard aïoli. I had an awesomely dry birthday sandwich. Had she been wearing a name tag I could tell you the employees name but she was not. She was the older of the two women working in the store. I am tired of the store stealing my money and treating me like garbage. The store has lost mine in my family’s business and Subway is next on the list if they will not even respond to my issues.

I came in with my teenage son to grab some quick dinner after practice on a Thursday and even he commented on how positive and friendly the service from London was. We both only remembered her name not the other’s, since she stood out in such a positive way. She was upbeat and on top of things! There would be less grumpy people in this world if everyone had a positive attitude like that in the service industry (I know I know :)) - thank you!

The younger staff who work here are friendly, hard-working, and courteous. But I have had enough of the grumpy Hispanic woman who has a mean look on her face all the time. She didn’t hear me correctly when I gave my order (the loud “screaming” death metal music in the background wasn’t helping any). When I politely corrected her, she looked disgusted and got defensive with me. One time I told her “bacon” for a sandwich, and she put ham on it instead. I didn’t want to get in trouble again, so I asked the next employee to put bacon on it. The grump heard that and grumbled at the employee under her breath, blaming ME for the error. There’s a famous episode of Seinfeld with the “soup” guy. She is the same way, and I won’t be back because of her. Stop being so defensive and chill out!
