If I could do all zeros I would. Unfortunately that’s not an option. My wife and I went in on November 10th at 8:30 in the morning. We had just dropped off our 12 year old min pin mix for a complicated dental surgery that could potentially be fatal for him and immediately the employee there informed us that they didn’t have any ham, turkey, lettuce, or bell peppers. So my wife asked her if she could cut up a little spinach for me as I don’t have teeth and can’t chew spinach leaves whole. I can eat the shredded lettuce they usually have, but we’re out of. She said with an attitude “I can give it to you like it is, but I can’t cut it up. I then turned to my wife and said let’s go somewhere else. I looked at the employee and said “I was a Subway Manager in Phoenix and with nobody else in line waiting and us literally being your first customer of the day and you being without so many product items I would have chopped it up. It’s called going above and beyond. You could have just made up for all the things missing in your store just now. Instead you just let us walk away. I left smh

Talll blonde guy seemed very high and when I asked for a receipt he said he couldn’t print one out. Don’t understand why 2 6 inch sandwiches with nothing extra no chips no nothing added cost 23 bucks. Jimmy John’s has me now full time!

Very clean, fresh food and great employees. The 2 gentlemen that work during the weekday are phenomenal. They take care making sandwiches versus throwing everything on there. Kudo to the owner for a great location and employees.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while the employees made their friends food and then turned us away, shutting off the lights with customers still inside. Your staff is a joke.

Worst experience I’ve had. I ordered food for pick up 45 minutes before showing up. Then continued to wait 20 mins for them to make my food. If you’re looking for a quick food stop this one’s not it.

Writing for my husband-
Worst service ever! The young girl with the winged liner has the worst attitude, she seems to hate her job, I ordered multiple sandwiches, she kept asking me to repeat myself but with attitude!!!! This is not the first time!! she had the same attitude when my wife and daughter went in there!

If she hates her job she may be happier going somewhere else!!!!

BEWAREEEE!! Worst service, no one pick ups the phone. Picked up 6 sandwiches and everyone was made the same and wrong! Employees had feet on table, dirty, nothing was stocked, out of everything and just making sandwiches out whatever he wants. NEED my money back! Someone was being charged $80 for 4 subs with a coupon when I walked in. Scamming the customers!

Ordered 3 sandwiches and all were wrong, wrong ingredients on the wrong sandwiches, not toasted, things missing. However, this isn’t even what I’m mad about. I know subways always run on bare bones staff but tell my why the young woman working there was all by herself getting mobile orders and with a line of customers. How is she supposed to do all of that by herself? I think she was alone in there for awhile before I ever showed up. It’s the Saturday before Christmas in a major shopping center in Westminster, on a day when -everybody- is out. Shame on management. The least y’all can do is turn off mobile orders to help her or if you’re the manager and people call out, YOU come in and help her. Shame on yall.
