We like the SSH with the exception of the sides. The proteins are always cooked very well, and have a good smoke.The sides vary in flavor, quality, and selection.
I was dissapointed with my last visit the meat was tough not tender like I rembered it. I had ribs and brisket. The links were good though.

Dropped in to try some ribs. The line was not long and staff were friendly.,Without the sauce the ribs were ok. The artichoke salad had an odd taste to it. Would recommend ordering something different.

I didn't like the sausage and the ribs. Brisket, pork and turkey were amazing. Sides were great. The soda in the fountain is all natural and we had plenty! Will definitely be back for more pulled pork and brisket!

Doors locked over an hour and a half early. I order smash next door while the employees watch a sports game with locked doors and lights on. Watched 5 other people try to enter. Says enough about the place.

The brisket was 1/3rd fat. I have had better there along with over $50, lunch for two with no alcohol. I will not be back.
