This place has good food but ongoing issues with power failures resulting in inoperable cash register for an undetermined time...having to leave to go elsewhere....such a horrible way to do business and a bit arrogant since it makes you feel their food is too good for anyone not to come back...well I for one am done so I'll drive a little further to a place thats just as good and cares about customer service...

This place deserves its low rating. Their computer system went down so they said they couldn't sell anything. Instead of making it right and giving me the food that I called in that was already made and sitting there, they are content to let it die in the bag and give me nothing. This is poor customer service. All my 2 year old son wanted was a cup of beans and they wouldn't even give him that. Food tastes great but not worth the shitty service. Won't be returning to this location.

Listed as open 24 hrs. It is NOT. They open some time after 5. If you go to the drive up at 5 am, you may sit there for 5-10 min., before someone decides to open and take your order.
Nice for a drive-thru taco chain. More authentic, more consistent than Taco Bell.

Surprised there isn't a hot sause bar. They don't have hot sauce. Burrito is small. Employees are very nice. Food taste is good. Not a place I'll eat again.
This particular location is awful. I frequent the Northglenn location and enjoy that location but this location is just bad. Egg shells, burnt breakfast meats. The breakfast burritos taste like garbage.

We bought two burritos. It was a failed attempt to make a Mexican burrito. Save yourself, go anywhere else. Their almost $10 dollar burritos are the size of a taco and the filling for a carne asada is the shredded boiled meet for their tamales. Aside from that, it was salty. Never again!

Is it just me or are these people scamming us out of our money? now not only is the food below average, they said it was six dollars for a burrito and two dollars for a soda so then how would they be able to charge me $20 for the whole meal? I think somethings up and they’re taking peoples money. Stop getting scammed at this place.

Went here today to buy a bunch of breakfast burritos paid card and cash so I could leave a cash tip. The lady at the drive through hated life today. She was obviously, not having a great day she went to hand me my cashback and I told her to keep the change ($15.47) and not a thank you or a smile. I’ll just drive down the street to Santiago’s next time.

Ordered tamales and not sure why they ask if you want them cold or hot when then give you the opposite of what you ask for. Following direction is exactly important working in the food Industry.

I have come to the Tamale kitchen before, and the food quality this time was terrible.
The beef hard tacos had very little meat, which tasted old and dried out. About a tablespoon and very little filling with it. It was like an empty taco shell. The bean tostados were very tasteless, very little filling, just a little beans smeared on the corn tortilla. They were packed on the bottom of the bag and smashed. The Mexican pizza was the worst of the order. Two flour tortillas that had the same tasteless mix as the others and were deep fried until burnt and greasy. The other visits were not like this. I may not come back again.

A good inexpensive smothered burrito. Tamalis are always good as well. The place is not ideal to hangout in but good value.

Used to be so good gone downhill. Went for there .99 tamales bought 3 dozens, but they don’t tell you they charge 3% on credit cards. Will be going back to la casita in the future.
