Tap & Burger Westminster

Bartender railed me on my girlfriend credit card …. She needs professionalism 😒

I've not had one thing there that I disliked. This is my go to restaurant, great food, good drinks, and wonderful ambience.

Was made to wait 20 plus minutes past our reservation time. They seemed to be very short staffed. They apologized and offerred that our appetizers would be complimentary to thank us for our patience. When the check came we had to pay for our apps! I wouldn't normally be so negative but this is the second visit in a row we've had such a terrible service experience. I'm not sure we will come here again any time soon

Great experience. The two meals for our sons had 2 issues that never got worked out. But all in all okay.

I live in the neighborhood and had heard about Tap and Burger so decided to try it. It was pretty busy , however, Celeste the manager was so friendly and accommodating . The food was good and the drinks made by John were even better! All in all we will be back and Thanks to Celeste and John for making us feel so welcome.

Hate to do a bad review since this seems to be a local resto but sorry if you can't get people to be happy at work they should not work! And then with all disgrace says 20% service added by default! Wow! Sorry there are ton of other burger places that also dont run out of fries!

Took an hour to order and get our food, which was incorrect and overcooked. Thwre was nondrink menu and their qrcode app didnt work. Had to ask for napkins and silverware when we ordered a salad and had a baby. They used to have a burger of the month but now they only have 3 burgers only 2 cheese options (unless you get the burnt black and blue burger like i did). They replaced it with a beer of the months (a taphouse is supposed to rotate their beer menu). As a place called tap and burger I found neither their tap list nor their burgers had anything appealing. At the end ofnthe dat they are just an overpriced restaurant that will tag on an extra 20% service charge regardless of your experience.

Ashley was awesome very good service great atmosphere and the food was 11 out of 10 and the beers were tasty would eat here again.
