Ted's Montana Grill

We had a great experience! I feel so bad I can't remember our servers name but he was awesome. We came in late with our 3 kids, it was everyone's first time except for mine. My husband has never even been. We ordered the housemade chips and the ranch was DELICIOUS, our server even made sure to get us another basket when my kids inhaled the first one. Everyone was absolutely satisfied with their choices which is unusual for my kids! We had a great time!

It’s date night for my daughter and I, we walk in ask for a table and was asked to wait a moment. Another family of 3 walks in (white) with no reservation and seated before us with no regard. Don’t eat here if your not white

Contrast highlights good from great, and this Ted’s Montana is great.

We’d had a poor experience at a different restaurant earlier in the week, they offered an apology.

Server Eric at Ted’s Montana in Westminster and his exceptional service made right what was a small hiccup because it was the right thing to do.

Apologized, acted our liaison without being asked to his manager, offered replacement meal and comp’d current plate when declined, then procured complementary dessert.

I’m not sure that covers it. The act of effort and compassion ensured we felt we mattered. That was the standard.

That’s why 5/5 all day. Thanks Eric.

Perfectly cooked bison filet. I chose the roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. I wish I had gone with another side, not a fan of the mashed potatoes. Otherwise it was delicious!
