The Old Spaghetti Factory is always a family favorite. Our server was training a new hire so they did forget a few small requests.

Traveling through town and decided to stop. Had childhood memories from the original downtown location and was looking forward to it. After waiting for over 30 minutes for a table for 1, I asked to sit at the bar and was denied. Lots of open seats and tables. Looks like poor staffing for over a 30 minute wait. Never had this problem at Olive Garden. Left disappointed and probably will not return.

I came here for the first time by myself for lunch. Kira served me and made great recommendations and was there whenever I needed her. I had the spinach and meat tortellini, a house salad, a Bloody Mary, and a scoop of spumoni. All very good and filling.
Thank you for your excellent service Kira. As someone who’s done years in the industry it’s rare I find a server who is genuine in the service they provide. Kira is an excellent server!

Still waiting on my gift cards from April...

Went to have dinner on Friday night, first time there and to celebrate my soon to be birthday, the restaurant was beautiful, we ordered the cheese bread as a appetizer which was delicious. My husband ordered the lobster raviolis. I ordered the meatballs. When the food came my was cold I ask for it to be heated which took quite awhile. By the time I got my food back my husband was done eating . Was not real happy but not much I could do. I wish my experience was better being close to home and beautiful restaurant but disappointed by the service.will think twice before coming back

Had an absolutely delightful lunch there. Vanessa was so friendly and kind and attentive, she made absolutely sure I was safe with my food allergy and was a fantastic server. Adore this place and am excited to go again.

WHEN MY FREIND AND I WERE TO BE SEATED THEY WERE GOING TO PUT US AT THE END BOOTH BY THE KITCHEN. WE REQUESTED A DIFFERENT BOOTH. THE OLDER FEMALE SERVER WAS NOT FREINDLY AND ACTED LIKE SHE RESENTED HAVING TO SERVE US. SHE FILLED NY FREINDS GLASS WITH WATER BUT DID NOT BOTHER TO TOP MY WATER OFF. OFFENSIVE!!!!!

I decided to walk from the Hampton on the other side of Sheridan. This required walking further down Sheridan than I expected to get to a traffic light and be safe crossing the very busy street. The inside has upscale stain glass type decorations and very comfortable for dinner. I started with garlic bread and a Sangria (picture attached). I ordered the Monday meatball special that came with soup & salas ( picture also attached). The plate with 4 meatballs over spaghetti was huge had to take about half back to the hotel picture inserted below. The special finished up with a scoop of spumoni ice cream. Over very nice. But I was disappointed that at first I was overcharged for the meatball special however this was corrected

Huge Thank You to the whole crew for amazing service last night! How many restaurants can you call at 7:45 at night and ask if they can accommodate up to 40 people this one right here! We were in town for a youth wrestling tournament and were staying next-door at the hotel. We called them and asked if there was a possibility and they said sure come on down. We will have you set up in our banquet room. Arrived at 8:30 and had us all out of there by 10. Nobody waited for food or drinks and the food and staff were all amazing.!! A wonderful remake of the original that was in Denver. Good Italian food and great service! Cassidy was a gem 👏

This is one the whole family loves and we visit regularly. Kiddo loves sitting in the trolley. I love the mountain views.
